I'm a frequent traveller (and Gold VIP on Expedia if that gives more weight to this review). Grand Park City Hall had always been my hotel of choice whenever I visit Singapore since 2019. The location is super convenient and surrounded with large shopping malls. However, this time when I visited again in June 2022 everything else at the hotel doesn't deserve to be named a five star hotel anymore. Cleanliness - especially after Covid I supposed everyone would have a higher hygiene standard. However, when I first checked in the bathroom mirror was covered with toothpaste stain. Next to the bed and carpet, there was also a pile of sand which later on I suspected that it was actually a pile of bug eggs that kept reappearing overnight after housekeeping came to vaccume it. (Very disgusting and disturbing!) Condition - 4 years ago the hotel was in pretty good condition, perhaps it was when it just opened or was renovated. But now the room furnitures are quite worn out. It's funny that they put up a sign saying the bathroom marble surface is being polished to explain itself that it just looks old and run down. Service - request of items would take ages.. I requested some cutlery for dinner and it never came so I just ate with my hands... On a last and nice note, the bedding and pillows are pretty good and the fridge is pretty decent sized for a hotel. I would accept the above issues for a 3 star accomodation, but not a 5 star rated hotel.…

Really do appreciate all her efford to find my missing handphone, she even teach my daughter to find my handphone using apple application. Thank you so much for putting a lot of patient, help & kind attitude. This how the best front desk example. Buying iphane is an easy thing to do but what inside really matter spesially i’m flying back to my country indonesia. Really recommended to stay in grand park city hall hotel nice hotel very good staff. The breakfast provided was bad with cold and hard croissants being served and their "signature" porridge with no flavour nor seasoning and tasted like rice boiled in water. Was not given club access even though I'd paid additional for club access and was told "they do not have staff to serve us if they sat us in the club area" during breakfast. The tea and cocktail at the club was also disappointing as they provided poor quality food of measly quantity which is non-refillable. The service was also extremely slow where we had to wait for 20 minutes just for them to plate a tiered-tower tea set which consists of approximately 8 unique items for 2 persons. This was despite the club area was almost empty and the restaurant/lounge area was totally empty. And the items were clearly just plated and not made from scratch as they were rather cold and dry when it was served.…

Used this hotel for an 24 hour stopover on long haul flight.Excellent hotel in a convenient location for most sights.25 mins by MRT from Changi Airport with City Hall station a 5mins walk Extremely welcoming staff very clean Breakfast was excellent and the use of a swimming pool a bonus Thankyou for making our short stay so successful

Generally a very good experience. But not perfect. Hard, thick pillows made it difficult to sleep. Requests not always fulfilled. Good room, well serviced every day. Restaurant food good choice and nicely cooked.

Not even close to expectations, if wanting a good value 5 star experience, pick another hotel. We selected based on the images , and the fact it had a club lounge - the club is the worst I have been in, after the first night we didn't bother even using it. Bathroom layout in room is not good, toilet in the open and jammed hard up against the shower, you cant turn on shower without water going everywhere due to the layout. Breakfast was not even close to a 5 start experience

Booked the hotel for a staycation with my family. It was actually to celebrate my husband birthday. My baby girl had a blast staying there as the room was so spacious and she can run around. The bath tub was my baby's favourite thing in the room. The swimming pool was quite big and we were able to swim comfortably there. All of the staff was so friendly. The concierge was so helpful too. The only downside would be the phone app. It wasn't working well during our stay. Looking forward to come back again.

Finally got to try out this hotel and I must say I’m very pleased! Everything was perfect and convenient and the only downside is that the food we ordered via in room dining was a little disappointing but they actually provided a complimentary afternoon tea for the next day after hearing our feedback. Service is excellent!
