Location is strategic, walking distance to the metro and many eateries and restaurants. Check-in by Ally was smooth and prompt, Fish from Frontdesk was also friendly and efficient. Clever room layout for space maximising, sufficient number of power points including USB charging. The queen room we had was adequate for us though not sufficiently spacious if you have more than one huge luggage or need to have more wardrobe space. Housekeeping had done a good job as the room was well maintained. Bathroom was brightly lit and water pressure was good.
This was a new offering in my Chase travel portfolio. It looked promising online, so when I went to Singapore, I just showed up at the hotel and booked what was available. My room could very well be what's in the photo here: King-sized bed, TV, big shower and just enough room for my one-night stay. This is very convenient to the financial district and Chinatown. The best part was the hot-tub on the roof, which you can reserve for one-hour segments at night. It was the perfect remedy for my 17-hour flight from the U.S.
Our room (superior king) was fantastic! Comfortable bed and clean linen! Other surrounding hotel should stand aside from this astounding new hotel with concept. In overall, my stay was good and the hotel staff is very friendly too!
Can’t say I was overly impressed at all. For a heafty price tag ($250SGD) for 1 night, the room was less than adequate. I’ve not stayed in anything smaller ever. After opening the door, things went downhill from we couldn’t even get the bags through the door without moving them into them into the shower area. There is just no space. Once inside, we noticed the bed makes the room feel so tiny, pressed right up against 3 of 4 walls. The toilet is INSIDE of the shower, which makes no sense to me at all. Nor does the faux wood flooring of the “wet areas”. Alarming to see a hotel that has only just opened with what appears to be mouldy plasterboard in said “wet areas” as a result of inadequate waterproofing. I’m no expert, but I know exposed plasterboard should not be in an area like a shower. Was also disappointed to find building dust and hair on the floor in both the “bathroom” and the “bedroom”. The bed was comfortable although tiny. This was not a problem for us being only 5’ but for the average adult, super not ideal. It’s location is decent and the free mini bar is a plus too, but there’s not much more than that, that is positive, especially given the price. Disappointing for what I had anticipated to be a really great new hotel. Very different size-wise compared to the artist impression images of the room that were provided at time of booking.…
Make way for this new Boutique hotel in Clarke Quay! My boyfriend and I were the few lucky ones who got to stay and experience this hotel and of course it didn't disappoint. The room is very very clean -- kudos to the HK Team! :) the whole concept of the hotel is really cozy, which I think really suits it's name "Elements". Their reception is on the 5th Floor and I find it cute. :) The bathroom looks so modern which we really liked and more importantly there's a bidet, though ours is at the left side which I think was weird since majority of the people are right-handed; left-handed people would feel so lucky. :) The amenities inside the room are complete. And don't forget that they have a Nespresso inside the room which is really cool! Except just a slight suggestion, if you guys can place like an instruction manual so that it will be easier for other guests to use and operate it -- better. They also have TV inside the room, however two of the channels weren't working when we stayed. Under our bed, there's a space where you can put your luggage which I think is very convenient. Lastly, cabinet is missing. Nevertheless, there's this bar above the TV area where you can hang your clothes. Just a disclaimer as well that this is a non-smoking hotel, so if ever you're a smoker you can smoke at the Ground Floor. :) Hotel is also very accessible as there are a lot of restaurants around the area and the MRT is also about 5-7 mins walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff are friendly -- from Reception to HK. :) I definitely recommend this hotel. :)…
Location is fantastic. This hotel is only 5 min walk to Clarke Quay MRT. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Staff are very friendly. Totally love the free minibar and coffee machine in the room. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
Came to stay for a night with friends after a long day from work. The room is really nice, and the bed is very comfortable, we felt recharged after that. :) It’s a place suitable for taking a short break as well.
Nice, newly-renovated hotel with great ambiance. Despite being in a busy, touristy area, it feels very tranquil and calming once you step into the hotel. Nuve Elements is attentive that they came up with themes related to the 5 elements for all the rooms, with nice choices of fabric selected to suit the theme of each rooms. Not to forget their friendly customer service and Nuve is very thoughtful to provide complimentary items from free snacks, iced beverages to Nespresso capsules.
Worth the price for the location and the amenities in the room. It's only a stone throw walk to Boat Quay where all the eateries and pubs are and Clarke Quay, another happening nightlife tourists spot in Singapore. The best thing about the room would be the extra wide bed, which can actually accommodate four persons at the same time. Giving us girls some luxurious space to have our pillow talks and the ambient lighting in the room is well designed too. The only few minor downsides would be the partial concrete flooring. Seems a little dirty and cold to walk on at night. However, would definitely come back again!
Great location and nice and clean interiors, we had an enjoyable stay. Good place to for a staycation with friends (outdoor lounge and mini jacuzzi)! Will also strongly recommend for anyone who plans to spend few days in Singapore.
