Detailed Reviews
It is not the first time that I stay in this hotel, and like the last time I was there, this too has not disappointed my expectations, indeed! The staff is always smiling, kind and ready to help you. Right from the start you are greeted by both the staff at the desk and the staff at breakfast, and the hotel was not empty, so I really appreciate their ability to associate a name with an almost unknown face. Given the coronavirus emergency also the hotel has organized itself to protect as much as possible the ascent of their guests. Every time you went to breakfast or entered the hotel the body temperature of the people was taken. Everywhere, inside or at the entrance counter, was presents the antibacterial gel available to people. At breakfast the buffet was suspended in favor of direct service by the cooks to avoid a possible virus contamination of the food. As for the rooms, I personally suggest bay views. They are not cheap but they are worth every penny spent. The view is fabulous, and the rooms are overlooking the water. During the weekend you can see the sailing boats of the nautical school practicing. The view is particularly striking in the evening, with the city lit up. You can enjoy the view from both the room and comfortably sitting on the terrace while sipping coffee. I would like to thank the breakfast staff, in particular a waitress, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, who showed us the photo of her annual family meeting, thank you for having always been attentive to our needs! I also wanted to thank the guy in charge of luggage and who was often at the entrance of the hotel for his kindness. A special thanks goes to Miss Griselda, during our stay we were always greeted with a smile and warmth, was interested in our programs and trips made in the arc of the day. When we left she gave me a personalized gift that I particularly enjoyed! I was sorry not being able to say goodbye and thank you personally... Anyway I wanted to thank all the staff for making our stay memorable!

I stayed for 6 nights with my partner over new year 2020.
We wanted to celebrate new year's eve in Singapore and enjoy the fireworks at Marina Bay, so decided to stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. I contacted the hotel several months in advance to see what new years eve dinner arrangements they had to offer. We chose the seafood buffet at Clifford Pier with unlimited champagne and access to the outdoor area to watch the fireworks.
We had a deluxe room with view across to Customs House and the Promontory and a small balocny where we could sit and watch the festivities going on below. There was a (free) new year concert at the Promontory and lots of people frequenting events at the bars and restaurants in the area.
The new years eve buffet at Clifford's Pier was fabulous with ice sculptures and an extensive seafood buffet, hot dishes and desserts. The champagne flowed freely and there were live singers and a DJ outside on the terrace where we could enjoy some fresh air and teh views across the Marina between courses. Everyone was dressed up and relaxed and enjoying themselves. After we had eaten we sat out on the terrace watching the fireworks and drone show across the Marina - amazing! We kept our drinks topped up and saw in the new year from there.
During our six night stay we enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had eastern and western dishes on offer, as well as various dishes that could be cooked to order. My partner particularly enjoyed the breakfast steak! It was a busy time over the holiday period but the staff were so efficient in finding us a table each morning and serving our requested dishes. On our last morning they made sure everything was ready promptly at 6.30am for us to eat before we had to get our taxi to the airport.
The hotel is well situated for walks aross to the Marina Bay Sands, shopping centre, Merlion, National Galleries and other museums, Clarke Quay etc. There is also an amazing hawker center only a few hunderd metres away.
We spent some time at the rooftop pool and had cocktails served there. It was quite busy with families, but there was plenty of space to spread out and fantastic views across the city and Marina.
The hotel is immacaulate, the service impeccable and the location fantastic for exploring Singapore. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy new year 2020.

Although we didn't stay at this hotel, we had a jolly good look around. I will most definitely consider a stay on my next visit. It is perfectly placed, almost opposite The Marina Bay sands hotel, offering in my opinion the best view anywhere in Singapore. There is a beautiful terrace on the ground floor looking across the bay offering very comfortable seating. Access to this terrace appeared to be through the main Resturant. This had a very plush, upmarket feel. We glanced at the menu which was as expected for the quality of this Resturant. We didn't eat there so, cannot comment on the food, but believe me I wouldn't hesitate for a special occasion. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with an air of opulence and beauty. The staff were very helpful, and happy with us looking around.
We were heading for the roof terrace and a lunch time drink. There was a very inviting swimming pool at the top, for resident use only. The view from this terrace was spectacular! I would highly recommend just going for a drink to enjoy the view. The seating is an assortment of very comfortable, sofas and chairs, relaxing chill-out music, waitress service, and one can eat where one sits on the sofas. We opted for a light lunch of salmon salad and truffle fries which was not cheap but so worth it for the privileged location. Approximately $145.00 dollars for 3 drinks' salad and fries. We were there for over 2 hours. I would have happily stayed all afternoon! A first class experience indeed!

Went to have high tea recently at the Landing point, read about long queues at weekends and Long waiting list, so took leave to go on a weekday.
Place is nicely furnished with sofa settees and feels comfortable, however food was a letdown.
We were served tea or coffee of our choice and you can change later on if you decide to have another beverage.
Food was served on a 3 tier carrier, very nicely arranged, and just enough for 2 pax. The food is refillable and will be served to you. Kueh pie tee shell was dry n hard, ingredients inside were made very dry so as not to make the shell soggy. Pastry with beef rendang was also made very dry for the same reasons. Chicken sandwiches were just so so. The only thing that I liked were the lemon tarts. The other items did not leave much to impress me. If you request for certain items to be served, it usually took a long time to arrive, almost deterring customers from replenishing their plates.
Food looked as if it had been prepared and plated for some time and left sitting there. The only saving grace was the excellent service.
There were several plates of chocolate cakes which were brought out, apparently for birthday guests and just left openly at the counter top for quite long without any cover of sorts, certainly not hygienic at all.
Needless to say this did not come cheap at $60 per pax, but we paid $50 due to a savings of 15% using DBS credit card.
I am not impressed with the quality of the food offered and had higher expectations of it, certainly a disappointment, so consumers go at your own risks, certainly won’t be going again

Stayed over the National Day weekend in 2020 during phase 2 of circuit breaker. Booked under Amex Fine Hotel and Resorts.
Minor hiccups during check-in due to the safety measures in place. Arrived around 11am or so as we were worried that car park might be full, sadly we only managed to get our room around 2pm. The staff was apologetic and Christine offered to buy us lunch at Landing Point (which we declined as we had breakfast at Clifford) while waiting. This is a trying time for most as many have just restarted operations and are trying to deal with the multitude of requirements by the government.
I’ve stayed at Fullerton and Fullerton Bay is on another level. A way to describe the experience at FBH is to put it as equivalent to first class on SQ. We were booked for the lowest category (facing custom house, Deluxe) and was upgraded to Esplanade view, Premier room. It was sufficient for us to be able to watch the fireworks from the balcony.
In room dining was delayed and they gave us a 20% discount (I understand the KPI is around 30 mins or so). The app does not show if an order is successful nor provide any pending status update, you have to call instead. The food is splendid.
We had a 2 month old newborn in tow and a baby cot along with bathing essentials was provided.
We will certainly love to stay again. Do note that NDP weekends can get pretty crowded and rates are significantly higher too.

5 stars!
We were half an hour too early for the high tea to commence. However, instead of asking us to wait elsewhere and come back later, Maria offered us a table along the walkway to sit while waiting. We saw that there were table seatings closer to the glass window with a view, so we enquired if we could get the seats there. Unfortunately, as we made the booking late, she informed that it was fully booked but would make the arrangements if there was a cancellation. Shortly after, she came back to inform us that there was indeed a window table available for us. We were very pleased that she took action immediately to see if she could help us secure a window seating instead of brushing our request off.
Once we were seated, Maria also offered to get us glasses of water so that we could remove our masks. She went out of her way to ensure that we felt comfortable and at ease even though we were the ones who were too early for the high tea session.
Daniel and Kumar were also excellent in their service throughout the high tea session. They went around offering to help the different tables take photos with the view behind and constantly checked that everything was in good order or if we needed anything else. Upon payment, Daniel even shared with us the credit card promotions available without being prompted and offered a parking redemption coupon, which we did not think to ask as well. The service of the staff here is excellent and it makes the whole experience very pleasant! Thank you for the impeccable service guys! We enjoyed our high tea session and will definitely be back!

Loved the food and the attentive service by Selan and the rest of the staff. Food from the buffet line was served by the servers with masks on instead of self-service, which definitely sets your mind at ease where hygiene is concerned. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Celebrating a birthday with the family in the Brasserie was a great experience. The quality a quantity of food was outstanding. Apart from the buffet offerings there is also a menu to order fresh items. The free flowing drinks were offered regularly and we never had an empty glass. Alan was a great and attentive server. There is also a very good area for children to play , behind a door and curtain, with staff to entertain them.
