Stayed here seven days and if you go to Palawan for dinking and partying this place is not for you but if you want peace and beautiful surroundings then you will find it hard to find a nicer place to stay. Rooms are clean with good air conditioning although do not leave food in rooms or the ants will find a way in and they do bite. Staff are amazing especially Kate and Ray who are the hardest workers yet still smile and do all they can to help. Staff will organise trips and tricycles at a very reasonable rate and the breakfasts although simple are well cooked and very nice. The reason I have not given five stars is that apart from breakfast there is no other food although will ring and get delivered any food or drink you like. A tricycle ride to the town is about 15 minutes and costs around 80 pesos so will not break the bank. To sum up a peaceful secluded hotel with amazing staff and I plan to return

The best thing about this place is definitely it's staff. Super nice people! The room was ok and clean. The place is quite remote. There is a nice seafood restaurant short walk away. Very close to the airport. Definitely worth the price:)

Staff especially Ms.Sandra and Sir BG is very accommodating. Adjust time for you instead of the other way around. Tours are hassles free because they were able to arrange it and adjust to your preference. In addition, suggest where to eat and check DIY. Mangrove is just behind the property and very accessible. Lastly, homemade iced tea is delicious. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful. :)

Thank you Ms. Sandra, Tina, Jeff and the warm and loving couple, for being sooooo accommodating from booking up to the actual stay. Place is superb, peaceful and homey, lil far from the city proper but that is what we want, away from pollution and cars! We love the mangrove trail and the adventures it offer, AS IN. Lil downside, bikes are no longer avail n limited food to offer. Hands up to Tina and Jeff for attending to our needs during our stay. All in all, we love our stay in By the Bay, Jacana! 😍👍 We are definitely going back to Palawan, that is for sure, and this place will be the top pick for accommodation!!! 💕

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are very clean and price is very affordable. Hot shower is a plus by the way. Wifi connection is good as well. This place is a good getaway from all the hustle and bustle of city life. During my last day in Puerto Princesa, my airline told me that my flight schedule was changed. I called the hotel if I can book a room right away and Sandra accomodated me. Good thing is I got the same room I stayed in.
