First of all, outstanding service. The staff were very friendly and helpful in terms of arranging trips, renting scooter etc. Breakfast is decent, not amazing. Room wasn’t cleaned daily and our drain was blocked (also after notifying staff who said it would be fixed). Over all though, we enjoyed our stay. Will especially recommend for short stays.

Our family stayed here for a couple of nights. We enjoyed the timber design and way the buildings incorporated trees and were generally built around the landscape. They were doing some maintenance work and there were not many guests when we were there so it was a bit lacking in atmosphere. The pool was nice. The wifi didn't work in our room which was a major drawback for teenage daughters. The location is not close to the shops, beach or attractions but they have a free night time shuttle to restaurants.

This hotel is ok for the price. The wooden look is cool but it's getting a bit rundown and tired. I think they were doing some maintenance when we were there. The rooms are mostly clean and tidy and very spacious. The bed sheets are a bit thin so could see old stains on the matress protector underneath. The rooms only have box aircons but at least they drown out any other noise. The rooms are very bright at night if you leave the light on outside, we only realised the second night that we could turn it off from outside haha. The breakfast was ok but they have that sweet bread. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I emailed ahead of our trip and they helped pre-book the underground cave tour for us. They also had a free airport shuttle which was handy.

I liked the room and the atmosphere of this hotel. The quiet courtyard gives you a special feeling of calm. Breakfast was adequate, about all you can hope for. The room had a good hot shower although the layout was to me quite bizarre. While spacious, you practically tripped over the toilet to enter. If that is the worst thing, then the place was pretty good!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for couple of nights. The place is very classic and the interiors are done creatively. The rooms are relatively large and clean. We woke up late so we ate for brunch and adobo is one of the best!!!😋We also enjoyed the pool even if the water is cold so be ready if you want to get freeze.😅 Very calm place open surrounding ensure great evening with my bf. The ambiance was amazing love the light balls on the tree but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Special thanks to Sir Aron who is super cool always in assistance mode and ensure everything should be beyond the expectations. I highly recommend to all.❤️❤️❤️
