Location is the best close to BLCU. Do not have breakfast at the hotel, waste of money. The coffe taste... and close very fast. The aircon in the room does not work that well. The staff can not speak english. My daughter did all the communication, without her we used google translate😅. There are plenty of fruit store near by and also a small supermarket. You can walk just for 15 mins to the wadukou line13 and also you can have breakfast near by. The small shopping mall, restaurants are also right there. Everything is right there. Good location

The WiFi is spotty at best, half of my outlets in the room did not work, and customer service did nothing when I asked for an extension cord and a second modem cable. I spent half of my time re-initiating my conference calls as they were constantly dropped. As I am here for business and need Wifi, working power source, a quiet area, and a desk, I went to their "Business Center" - a service offered in their hotel room catalogue - but was ushered back to the busy reception area where all tables where full, and none close to outlets. Furthermore, the stated "central air conditioning" they had worked during the day time but not at night, and the "No Smoking" caution on the 5th floor is by and large not enforced.

The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. However, hotel staff did not speak any English and were not helpful when I had a payment problem as they tried to charge me even though I prepaid. Location was good- close to the Universities, but there is no where to eat close by.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It's one of the few places in the area where you can get a last minute room and that's not surprising given the prices. It probably does a decent job for conferences, and I can see the appeal as a base for exploring Beijing and for those wanting to sample the delights of wudaokou, but I have always found the rooms shabby and old fashioned, especially in comparison to their competitors at the pricepoint. If they offered the same rooms at 50 percent of the price, this would be a great budget hotel.

Didn’t expect this hotel to be (at least for my young self back then) a 5-star level since it’s quite cheap. The lobby was huge and very nice with lots of receptionists to accomodate customers. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. And the buffet breakfast was imaginably superb given that this is not yet the 5-star hotel, there are lots of choices and the whole dining area is huge. We did this trip back in 2011 and this hotel probably set my standards on what a good hotel is.

Stayed for 8 days in this hotel while attending a course in Beijing. Basic hotel amenities and there are several blocks rooms. The breakfast is ok, many choices but nothing too fancy and will be crowded during peak hours. It has a swimming pool but you have to pay something like 30 yuan to use it so I just don't bother to go for a swim. There is a small shopping mall (U Center) situated on the left hand side of the hotel (around 600m walk) and besides it is the metro station for Line 13. If you walk to the right of the hotel for about 300m you will find metro station for Line 15. From the Line 15, get down at the 3rd station and you will arrive to the Olympic Park. Overall, this is a good hotel if you want to based yourself on the north west of Beijing.

We stayed in this hotel during the third week of February 2018. This hotel is pretty nice. The hotel itself is in a good location, very near the metro and places to shop and eat. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Supplies are replenished everyday and housekeeping does a very good job of tidying the room. The bed might be quite hard for others but it was certainly comfortable for me. The price is also reasonable. I will certainly stay in this hotel again

Its a big old style Chinese hotel with all basic amenities available. The rooms are well lit and air conditioned. I stayed there for 16 days and overall experience was fine just hope the wifi worked. The wifi is definitely the downside of the hotel. The breakfast had a good number of choices both Chinese and continental breakfast but crowded dining area as the guests from conferences etc come is batches. The mattresses were hard and end of the fortnight stay i had back pain to deal with. The staff can speak very limited english so you have to use baidu but they are friendly to do that! Recommended for short business trips.

The hotel is located in the north east of Beijing and the choice of the hotel was motivated by my activities in this part of Beijing. The rooms were big and comfortable. The staff at the reception desk was helpful and pleasant. You can exchange your money to the local currency here. The breakafst was rich and very tasteful with the choice of traditional and European food. Very pleasant stay!

The hotel is located within walking distance of several universities, one of which I was visiting. It is actually a very large complex with multiple buildings, conference facilities and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and spacious but a bit cold at this time of the year. My room on the edge of the complex was quiet. The buffet breakfast is in the main building no. 5 on the second floor. It offers a good selection of Chinese options, and there is a noodle and egg station. There is even coffee though there is better available a few minutes walk from the hotel entrance at Maan Coffee. There are several restaurants inside the complex and many small eateries and fast food shops in the street outside. Checking in and out was easy for me as a foreigner, they speak English and accept foreign credit cards. The value is quite good compared to similar options in nearby franchise hotels (Holiday Inn).
