As part of our Tour Group package I was surprised at how luxurious this resort was. An hour out of Beijing in a quiet district, it offers 3 restaurants, a bar, and a hot springs area. Our room was so roomy with the biggest, softest...More
I have recently took a tour to China. This is one of the best tour. The best part was the tour guide Celia Xu. Her English is very good. She is the best guide. Great singer and great knowledge about the historical places.
The hotel was very nice. Each room had their own hot tub and there are hot springs on site. I only removed a star as it is about a 10 min walk to the building where they serve breakfast. I found that to be odd,...More

Not that I am aware of. However if you you are staying there as part of a tour group they will doubtless have touring options on offer. Also, the resorts front reception desk will also be able to provide you with, and book, tours through private operators. Direct taxi trips to places that interest you are likewise possible, though the resort's distance from central Beijing make this an expensive option. Better to spend time in the resort's own facilities. Relax the time away in the Hot Springs and spacious heated indoor pool. Bring a supply of your favorite munchies as there is no nearby shopping, though the resort does have a small kiosk selling a limited range of drinks and snacks. The pool and spa area also has a cfe eatery offering light meals and treats, including ice cream!
