Had the pleasure of being greeted by Christabel the hostess at the restaurant , and she truly made our dining experience exceptional. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor set the perfect tone for the afternoon gave us a comfortable table She explains very nicely🤗🤗 and so convincing on the brunch and what it contains untill you are convinced and say "okay will do the brunch" 😁..,..she introduced us to Simon our host and he provides a very smooth and lovely service and it was so professional .The food was great delicious and the brunch it's worth the price .................Christabel was attentive, courteous, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She exemplifies outstanding hospitality and is a true asset to the team. Thank you Christabel and Simon for making our visit so delightful ❤️🤗.
I really recommend the gem 💎

My stay at the Argyle Grand, Nairobi was overall a pleasant experience. It is located equidistant from the airport and the city center. It was easy to locate and well served by ride hailing services. Proximity to the expressway access point meant that most traffic issues were avoided.

My room had a minimalist view, was well-lit and perfect for a business traveller. The TV menu was rather limited in terms of information about the room, billing, etc. I particularly enjoyed the natural lighting in the room. The only downside in the room was that the mini bar, which was advertised as free, was never stocked during my two week stay, .The bed and pillows were excellent as was the shower pressure.

My trip started on a bad note I must admit. The first room had air-conditioning issues which took too long to address. By morning my patience had run out and I made my displeasure known in no uncertain terms. To his credit, the Asst. Front Off. Mgr. Mr. Phillip Kiarie showed such professionalism and empathy the I agreed to give him an opportunity to resolve the issues rather than leave the hotel.

He not only got me a room, but checked himself that everything was functional so he could give me his personal assurance. To my surprise he accompanied a porter to oversee my move to the new room and ensure that I was well settled in. He didn't stop there. He ensured that guest relations were made aware of my earlier experience so they could ensure the remainder of my stay was pleasant.

I have been fortunate to have experienced great service at many good hotels and Ms. Gertrude Salome showed me that she ranks with some of the very best guest relations staff I have had the pleasure to be served by. I cannot compliment her enough. She ensure that every want was addressed with little to no effort from me. She found time to ask about my stay and about what I might need every single day. My biggest surprise was when she did so even on her day off and proceeded to call a colleague at the restaurant to organise room service for me as I had had difficulty reaching the restaurant on the internal line.

Service overall was excellent. From the restaurant, to housekeeping staff to the gym instructors. Bernard and Daniel, you guys were tough, but thank you. I left with great memories. Thank you to the whole team. On my first day, I was certain I wanted to leave and never return to the hotel. After thirteen days with you all, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Stayed at this hotel just for short night as we were in transit. We could not sleep due to a clogged toilet. We had about 5 workers trying to unclog the toilet which was caused by a blocked pipe on the floor below. Instead of offering us another room, they disturbed us the whole night resulting in us only getting 2 hours of sleep. We had to leave for the airport at 5:50am to catch our flight to the final destination.

I made a complaint at the front desk and asked for a discount due to disturbance through the night. I was reassured that as soon as the manager arrived the next morning, I would receive an email. This has been 20 days and no email.

I am very disappointed 😞 and the fact that there was a gentleman who booked this for us right at the airport. Seems like they hunt for passengers at the airport and charge them a high price for a scrappy room and service. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a full package beautiful place to stay. The service is consistent and everyone is always on point and ready to serve and make your stay a perfect one. It was immaculate and clean. The food was exquisite and delicious and very freshly prepared. The rooms are so comfortable and modern with all the amenities you could desire! Do not hesitate to bring your company or business team here as there are plenty of large conference and gathering/meeting rooms (all sizes) to accommodate any size group! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The experience was one of a kind! Thank you, Argyle! See you again!!

The rooms were excellent, and the pillows were incredibly plush! The reception was very welcoming, and Lina kindly provided us with a park view room, offering a beautiful scenery. She was also very accommodating to our requests. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and attentive.

Ended up here due to kissing a connecting flight courtesy of Kenyan Airways and was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the hotel was and especially the professionalism of the staff.
One lady went to the supermarket for me to buy essential toiletries due to unexpected nature of my stay - amazing service.
I ate dinner on the terrace outside the main bar which was delicious and well presented but the service by Sarah O was exemplary - so attentive but not overly so - spot on.
I visit Nairobi regularly but never knew this hotel was here so will for sure make a point to stay here again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Just completed a three week stay in the Argyle Grand Hotel. It’s an upscale airport hotel that I believe to be about three months old. As a business traveler it had everything that our team required. Several large conference rooms, a restaurant with late hours and nice comfortable. They were still working through some of the challenges of a new hotel (key cards that would stop workjng with doors or elevators, etc.) but the staff seemed to resolve those issues rather quickly. I was working long days so I didn’t have much time to try out their amenities, such as the pool or fitness center.

The superstars from my visit are Diana, Delvin and Purity from the waitstaff, along with the two hostesses Jacinta and Christabel. They not only displayed excellent customer service, but they also went out of their way to ensure that I started and ended my days with a smile. They are the type of employees who make a good hotel great, and one of the main reasons that I recommend the Argyle for those traveling on business.
