Very basic, dated and nothing fancy. Right in the CBD there's a lot noise from outside. Lots of buses making noise all day,if you're a foreigner this will overwhelm you. I had to check out and move to a quieter hotel out of the CBD for this reason.

The Restaurant and Bar staff 10/10. Coffee, food and service excellent. Very cheap meals and very good portions.

The room was clean and that matters most to me. The location is safe but in a very busy street with clubs around who plays music the whole night during weekends and a bus stop just infront. The breakfast was ok. Hot shower is so so. Friendly staff...No telephones in the rooms...

A nice hotel in the middle of Nairobi. Nothing fancy, but a good budget choice. Our first hot shower and water closet after a week on the road 🙂
A nice touch was the two bottles of water waiting for us in the room.
The bed was hard as I prefer, but my partner found it too hard.
Breakfast consisted of a plate of fruit, omelette, sausage, chips, and coffee or tea.
All in all a pleasant stay that can be recommended.

I checked in the hotel at 5.00pm on 11th January 2020, but there was no water in the room from the time i checked-In to the time i checked out and there was no solution offered to me. The whole night i stayed without water and without taking shower hoping the water would come anytime but i was wrong. In the morning when i woke up i called the reception and i was told i would have water within 10 minutes. I waited until 10.00am and no water was flowing in the bathroom. I had paid for breakfast and was forced to check out immediately without the breakfast to go and book another hotel just to take shower and breakfast. This was my worst experience in a hotel in the city. Even after i checked out annoyed i expected the management or the owners to call me and apologize but no one bothered to call. Such as experience can be expected in downtown lodges but not an hotel.

We had 1 night here on the way through from Kenya to Zanzibar. It is right by a bus station, which was very noisy both day and night. The room and the bed were fresh and clean, but extremely basic with a tiled floor and headache-inducing lighting. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was excessively noisy and chaotic, with several different TV shows playing simultaneously to a backdrop of very loud music. The food was fine and reasonably priced.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked in to my room considering I had just checked out from another budget hotel in the same neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and bed well made with very clean sheets. Hot water heater works as expected. There are two sides of the hotel you can pick from. The noisy side (facing the street and clubs) or the quite side

An average Hotel sandwiched between other city building, noisy for the rooms facing the street, the Reastaurant is good busy in the evenings, their food is ok, breakfast is great, its the only place they prepared my favorite sunny side up eggs to my liking for my 2weeks trip in kenya. Jacky Wanyoike was amazing.

The room was good, however you guys need to do something about the comfort room, it is really wanting.
