Large but old rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was ok . We had to carry our own luggage on arrival late at night and early morning on the day of departure even after requesting for Porter services .

Dear M. Marco C, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, we can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Hi Peter, you will need to take a taxi or uber to move around. As the hotel is close to a highway not a walked street. There are many restaurants nearby. You can go to Mall of Egypt, Arkan Palaza, Galleria, or Andrea New Giza. Kindly note that you will need to go by a car. The closest of these is mall of Egypt, right close. The others bit far but on that side of the city. If you go to Mall of Egypt, try the lebanese restaurant on the ground floor near the restaurant
