I really enjoyed my stay in a Guard hotel - prime location in a Sheraton area , near to the airport , restaurant , etc. My priority was a comfortable and clean room and it met with all my expectations, I am a really picky person regarding the cleanliness and I don't have any single comment. The breakfast was also very delicious and various. Special thanks to Rooms Division Manager Mr. Shady Mostafa Kamel for a warm welcoming, professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommend the hotel

The Hotel is not good and breakfast was horrible. The best thing was the distance between hotel and airport. This hotel need maintenance and also please change the carpets because there is a foul smell
For long stay I do not recommand it.

Actually the hotel is fantastic .. pool is big and clean .. room size is enough for family of 2 person and kid .. Drinks are good .. the whole experience was perfect .. I recommended for all the families and couples ....as well there is big screen for watching movies and football matches

RUDE Security Officers.. this hotel has the worst security officials and officers . They Harass you so much when you enter the hotel . They check you and your bags . They make you walk through a metal detector . And then tell that you cannot go in, as this is for hotel people and hen you try to explain that you are staying at the hotel they won’t listen. After arguing and showing door card and wrist band .. they huff and puff .. say some Arabic words.
Then you get to hotel lob and again you get harassed and again walk through metal detectors. Put your bags through X-ray machine . This happens everyday and all the time . We have complainers at hotel reception and they apologised and said this will now happen again but it does and it makes you feel so uncomfortable.
The hotel is heavily surrounded by army officers too.
Not a place to take your family
You cannot bring any food or drinks from outiside as it is hotel policy .
This place is horrible and i will it be coming back . AVOID please

I visited The Guard Hotel in Heliopolis with family to have Iftar Ramadan; food was average taste but I liked the vibes and facilities at the hotel. The hotel arranged nice entertainment of Tanoura and DJ following the Iftar. I attached photos of the hotel facilities which also include sports courts of all kinds.

This was a beautiful hotel. Strange to have to go through security at the gate than again as we went into the foyer. It may have had something to do with a whole heap of soccer players there. The room was spacious and the restaurant was very nice. It's only a short trip to the airport which is nice and no stress about traffic if you were closer to Cairo city.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything, suite was clean with big space, team members attitude was excellent, pool space was good. Thank you Management team for your hard work . I went to the guard hotel last Friday with my family we enjoyed so much .I recommend anyone to spend day use there the room is so clean and the pool is nice .and also if anyone come to Cairo in work in Heliopolis area this hotel is so closed in Heliopolis ..New Cairo Suez road and Cairo airport .
