How much approximately would a taxi cost to downtown from the hotel?
Dear Paddy P, As mentioned above, usually taxi charges to downtown will be around 5000 kyats. Price can vary slightly depending on the time of the day, the traffic and the weather (especially when rain hits and the demand for taxis is higher). Best regards,

Dear Cespina, As mentioned by some experts, off peak times would take around 15-20 minutes and 30-45 minutes in busier rush hours. Rush hour is normally between 7 - 10 AM and from 3 - 8 PM on weekdays and on the afternoons from 1 PM on the weekends. Best regards,
