We visit on behalf of a delegation. Very busy hotel, we enjoyed the 2 days overall. Our room was not made up in 2 days ones, but was also ok for us. Breakfast great selection & quality. Italian lunch was up market price wise but good value for money, lovely starters & amazing beef filet. At Nighttime it was a bit difficult to order anything no phone has been pickt up so we had to go to the lobby order our drinks. Service staff at breakfast not very attentive, we struggle a lot with English & have been quite ignored all the time. The outdoor restaurant very nice setting, food was fresh, the seafood soup has been a to much creamy for us but tasted great. Again, the waiter staff here very difficult & not felt very welcome but maybe just our impression since we did not speak French. A nice place to be at for a few days.

Dear Ishoktravel, Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments regarding your recent visit. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your experience in both our restaurants! I am very happy to learn you liked our Saturday Italian Buffet, which we only recently launched, as such great feedback on the quality of the food is a great motivation for the entire team, and pushes us to new limits. With regards to your comment on the friendliness and availability of our waiters, allow me to sincerely apologize for this, as this is not the level of service we aspire to deliver to our guests. I will discuss this in detail with our Food & Beverage Manager, who in turn will reinforce the service training of our team. Once again on behalf of the entire team of the Radisson Blu M’Bamou Palace Hotel, thank you for choosing to stay and dine with us, and we all look forward to welcoming you back very soon! Best regards, Marco G. Rabbia General Manager Radisson Blu M'Bamou Palace Hotel, Brazzaville

Stayed over the Easter weekend at the Radisson Brazzaville to chill out from work, the idea came from a friend which have stayed earlier there. Well it’s in the middle of the city & gives you easy access to the center which on the other side don’t have much to offer. Overall friendly check in, however very difficult with the English, if my girlfriend would not speak French I guess I had rough one. The spa & pool area really nice, we stayed all days there. Gym look great but was no use to me. Lunch at the Italian restaurant very good, homemade pasta to your liking & lovely fish dish with a poached, omg great combo, tiramisu was to die for, friendly service but again not much durable in English. Dinner we had at the terrace restaurant a bit steak/grill orientated with great starters, Cesar salad was amazing so was the dish of the day, some ostrich Asian dish. We only had ice cream for desert but must admit the cherry ices cream was rocking, service ok. Breakfast on Sunday morning was really good, first of all a life band with good ainging(a bit slow for us) but still nice, than till 12noon time to enjoy,, great selection of healthy food which we loved, vegan bread dips which we would never have imagined, very tasty & we asked to purchase but was not possible. Service was not as comfort, basically no one served us, staff looked annoyed to but maybe we came to the wrong time as we came 7am & they just open. A great think was that all menus was in English available, helped me a lot. Overall a good stay, nice room, great pools, amazing Food & friendly people overall.

Dear Smithmya, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback regarding your recent visit to us. I am very happy to read that you enjoyed your Easter stay with us! I am equally pleased of your extremely positive feedback regarding our Italian restaurant, Il Taglio, not to mention your experience in the grill restaurant, Le Feu des Saveurs! We have launched these two new menus few weeks ago and this is a great recompense to read that you like it! On behalf of all the staff at Radisson Blu, I hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to our home very soon! Best regards, Marco G. Overall a average stay here Brazzaville. Check in done in record time, 0 informarion on anything of the hotel or the surroundings provided neither left us time to asked for. Hot water in the room took ages to come teach on the fifth floor. Pool was nice, gym very well equipped. Staff overall friendly but not well organized specially in the dining areas during dinner. The outdoor terrace restaurant nice place to be at however during our 3 days stay half of the menu was not availeble, we do understand it’s kind of a remote location but maybe to update the menu for the time being would be a option. Breakfast overall was nice, but waiting time to be served here again took forever, the same place is during dinner open as Italian restaurant, food very tasty but also here again items of the menu wasn’t availeble to order. Considering the location still the best place to be at but a bit a let down for 5 star Radisson Blu hotel.

Dear daisyalw56, Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments regarding your recent visit to us. I am very glad to read that you enjoyed your stay with us, even if there are a few points which we need to fine tune. Regarding your comment on the lack of information about the hotel when you arrived, it is true that the receptionist who received you should have better informed you regarding the services available in the hotel, and I apologies for this shortcoming. I will discuss this with the Reception Manager so that he can take the necessary actions and better train the team. Thank you for your great feedback with regards to our restaurants, but as you have very rightfully pointed out, we are indeed facing some issues with the sourcing of some food products these past few weeks, as we very much count on a number of imported items and the supply chain has been in turmoil with recent events. As you suggested, this weekend we updated our menus, and just today we have received confirmation that many of the missing items will arrive by mid-week. On a side note I would like to also let you know that since a few months we have a new management team in place, including a new Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, and they will be focused on further improving our offering to guests and the entire restaurant experience. On behalf of the entire team at Radisson Blu, I hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back very soon! Best regards, Marco G. Rabbia General Manager Radisson Blu M’Bamou Palace Hotel, Brazzaville

It’s a very good hotel but be aware if you let your clothes to wash. Never let brand news clothes on the washing service, they completely destroyed 3 clothes of mine, and they only give you the service money back. The hotel is clean and room very comfortable. Some room services will take time or will never come. Even if they don’t speak English, the staff is very friendly.

I take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had during your recent stay with us, and assure you that the necessary actions are being put in place to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Warm welcoming by Ray(luggage boy). Check in very slow, not much information shared about the hotel unless asked for it, wifi honestly a disaster don’t work for hours or just shortly, depends on the day. Breakfast honestly amazing considering the location being well traveled in Brazzaville. Service at the pool, kind of not exhausting always had to get up to order food or drinks, not so great for a weekend gateway. Dinner in outdoor restaurant food was nice and tasty, service again had to wait for ever to be asked or menu offered even. Had dinner at the Italian indoor outlet, a terrace would be nice to be honest, but service way better, nice welcoming & honestly the food, wow unexpectedly good, really authentic & same time different than what you usualy get.
