Don't book here, especially if you are going to prepay through an online agency. I made the mistake to come a few times because it's close to my work, and every time a new problem. Also it's very expensive in everything

acquaintances who had already stayed here several times during their mission in Kinshasa. We are glad that we listened to them. You get a very well maintained room with a good working air conditioning. The bathroom has a fine shower and is spacious enough. The TV reception is a bit less, but the wifi is pretty good. You can therefor work at the small desk to start or finish your business day. The menu in the restaurant is rather limited. Well nice and the prices are normal. Breakfast does offer a wide choice for a good start to your day. The bar is also well stuffed and runned by a friendly barkeeper. The staff is very friendly and helpful and a smile is never far away. At a next mission in Kinshasa this will undoubtedly be our base!

Nice and friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast but the bathroom's toilet wasn't flushing properly so I will save you from the nasty details but it was kind of filthy. I had to tell them to come up look for a way to fix it.

The overall impression when you walk into the lobby is nice, but the rooms are a little tricky to navigate (I couldn't open the closet and the bathroom door at the same time). It did take a while to get the air con going, but it does work. Wifi however is very weak. And the restaurant menu is very limited and incredibly expensive - I would suggest going out to eat or ordering from one of the local restaurants that deliver. And don't even think about taking a magazine from the rack in the lobby - I was accused of stealing it although there are no signs saying they are for sale (and it was already used and 3 months out of date). My organisation planned a meeting here, so I didn't have a choice, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel staff are very nice, but there are few amenities for $150/night. The worst is they only provide free water for 1 night, even though you cannot drink the tap water. Nickling and diming. You have to ask for shampoo, more than one towel, etc. Quiet, clean rooms. Nice gym but key machines broken.
