We stayed in the bungalows which was on the beach. Lovely and relaxing. Clean & tidy. Every one was very friendly. The pizza and movie night was fun for the whole family. Beautiful snorkelling. An easy boat ferry across to the mainland in under 5 mins.

Thanks to all the employees and friends on the island, who made our stay so special. This was our second visit to Erakor, and I was wondering if it would be as special like it was the first time, and it was, if not more. The whole resort is very clean, and is is kept tidy every

A really tremendous holiday. As there were 7 of us we rented Aqua Blue house which is a 10 minute walk from the ferry landing. We often managed to get the buggy so we got to ride instead. The staff are all really friendly and always helpful. Annie in the restaurant , Blanca with

Whats the best time of the year to stay at erakor island
We've been to Vanuatu 2 twice now. Both times around October November. It's a great time because the water temp is warm & it's just before the storm season. So the weather is generally pretty good.

Is there a swimming pool?
No. but you really don't need one. the water is great. If you really want a pool. The Erakor ferry drops you off on the mainland at Le Legon resort where the pools and bars are open to guests.

Has anyone got married here?
No but we saw so many weddings during our stay. My wife and I commented about how the resort was very accommodating to suit so many varied types of wedding. During our stay, the weather was awful. Yet the resort responded accordingly to make a great event or at least what we witnessed with different weddings including our stay. I can’t comment on costs, but was a very romantic place. I would suggest whatever resort you book in Vanuatu, book well in advance for those special things such as massages and tours to avoid disappointment.

How do we get to the resort from thr airport?
When you book with Erakor, they will ask if you would like transportation. We did and it’s very convenient and the cost can be added to your room bill. Enjoy!

"Deluxe spa, any room is perfect"
"Rooms on the Port Villa side of the island (East I think) are more protected from the wind which can blow quite hard some times"
"Air-conditioned rooms are on the quiet side (not lagoon rooms). Most rooms are designed for couples."
"The native village on the Eastern side provided constant noise from barking dogs and a party that ran until 4am the next morning"
"We stayed in a room right on the beach and it was incredible!"
