We stayed here for 7 nights and had a really good time, better then we thought. Our kids had a better time then us and enjoyed the kids pools and kids club, they didn’t want to leave to come back home. The staff are really friendly and love kids which helped at meal times to

Husband and I dropped in on a recent visit to Vanuatu and asked to have a wander around to revisit the spot we got married 4 years ago. Cyclone Pam struck a few months after our wedding and we were pleased to see everything still intact and looking beautiful, including the huge

The first room they gave us was absolutely disgusting, it smelt wet & mouldy.. no surprise there was mould on the lamp shades (room 133). I asked for a different room, the receptionist didn’t say anything and kept me waiting for about 20 minutes in silence not knowing what she

Hello Mishel_178, We recognize your time is valuable and greatly appreciate your feedback. I am terribly sorry your stay was not as great as what we would have wanted it to be. I wanted to send my deepest apologies for the multiple inconveniences you experienced. This is obviously not the typical IHG experience we take pride for. Don't worry, we'll make sure your comments will not be taken lightly & will be forwarded to the hotel for necessary corrective actions. I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. Sincerely, Krysllin G. Case Manager IHGService

HI Just saw your message so I hope I am not too late!! Happy hour was abut 20% off BUT BUT remind them its happy hour as they happily forget and do. They can make any cocktail just ask, and have daily cocktail specials every day, but its more a different flavour cocktail on special. As for teenagers, it really depends who else is travelling at the same time as you. There are so many fun things for teenagers out of the resort with the lagoon and snorkelling, swing off trees into water etc however at the resort there is a gym, pools, cricket, footballs, kayak, stand up paddle board, catamaran and this cool motorised surfboard - anyone of any age would be fine here. Have a great time!!!
