The room and every part of the hotel is really amazingly clean we can say. Fresh scent that you can smell not like an old antique from other hotels we've visited. Thanks to Laxmi, the HK lady that always making sure the room is cleaned and organized, she always has a smile on her face whenever you're asking a request. On the pool deck, thanks to Lenin who is always willing to assist with a genuine attitude. You gave us a week of happy stay. Bravo đź‘Ź

Beautiful rooms and great courtesy from our Visal representative!! The breakfast was varied but not very international, very good cleanliness, good swimming pool. Good location for visiting most of the attractions in the area and taxis (cheap) always present in front of the hotel.

Only the food is Good. The conceierge staff needs serious training about managing group bookings and room services. After making the full payment before check-in we were first informed that payment was not received, wherein fact the hotel made an agreement with us only after full payment. But the horror started when we come at reception for the checkin 5 out of our booked rooms were not provided because the concierge person at night did not make correct entries in their system. We had to fight with them for 2 hours to get our rooms. Plus they don’t routinely clean the rooms after guests have gone out. Plus take 2 hours to come for cleaning after informing about it, to our surprise the cleaning guy comes at 11:30 at night to do the cleaning. Pathetic experience

What I like: the place is quiet and peaceful. The lighting is just about right for me.
What I hate: they keep waking me up. I did all ways to inform them not to disturb me because I work on weird shifts. I told the cleaning guy, press do not disturb, displayed the "shh" card in my door knob, disconnected the telephone after every nights of them calling me for a service. Then they knock really loud! They make a way to wake you up at 5-6pm.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in this hotel. The check in process was not good at all. The check in time was 3 pm and at 2:45 pm we were told that they cannot promise if they can check us in for all the 3 rooms at 3 pm and they could give us just 1 room for now and the rest 2 will take time. Some reason about technician check needs time was provided. After raising concern at the reception and complaining about the inconvenience they managed to provide us all the rooms which 5 mins back they had said was unavailable and could take at least an hour to get ready for us. I had booked non-smoking rooms and they said they could only give us 1 non-smoking and 2 smoking rooms. We had to deal with the intolerable smell in both the smoking rooms further ruining our experience. The hotel seemed overbooked for the capacity and resources. It was always hard to get space in the lift and the waiting time for the lift was always long. Having to deal with all of this, we were just told that the hotel was very busy hence the delays. Breakfast was average and breakfast hall had very few tables clearly insufficient for the number of guests. Further during checkout we had to carry our own luggage from room to reception again after waiting for a very long time to get enough space in the lift because they could not manage to send staff to get the luggage on time. All in all, I did not like my stay and experience in the hotel.

Great location with valet parking services. It is near the beaches, Reem Island, and Abu Dhabi Mall. All necessary services are available within walking distance, like laundry, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. The hotel is clean and well maintained, with excellent service staff.

Our family stay was really good at Ramada. Rooms were very neat and clean. And staff is very professional and helping. It's located at a nice location, you can easily get taxis from outside of hotel. Thanks Ramada for such a comfortable stay. đź‘Ť
Tips for travelers:
- there is a sea side walk pathway at walking distance from hotel. You can visit that for some photos and relaxing time. This connects to corniche beach at 2 km. You can walk till the beach as well if you like.
- If you a looking for vegetarian indian food. Go to near by Tadka Restaurant. It's in the same road as Ramada. The food, price and staff all are good.
- if you are traveling to any of theme park at yas Island. There is free shuttle from in- front of hotel at 12:30 daily, which will drop you to any of the park. Same bus picks up from park in evening and drops at hotel gate. Hotel staff informed us about the same. It was very convenient. Booking for atleast one park is mandatory to board the bus.

I had 2 different stints at this hotel, the reason being I did an overnight desert safari in-between.
The hotel has all the facilities required, but most import is the location is quite useful. There are shops and restaurants nearby, some attractions are easy to walk to (if you leave early morning or don't might the sun & heat).
Flagging a taxi can be difficult from this spot. If you ask the staff to book a taxi they will come outside with you and try flag one also so the process is the same.
Perhaps the best thing the hotel did was firstly assist with tours and suggestions in terms of attractions.

For 2 and half days including going to Airport he drove me around to various destinations i wanted to see from The Grand Mosque, to local souks, to Falcon Hospital to Ferrari World and a lot more in a safe & comfortable vehicle at very good prices. Worst experience ever !
We booked through booking a suite for 2 adults and a kid. I asked for an extra bed. But when arrived we were asked to pay again 500 AED.
Hotel doesn’t have a pool available
Bedrooms old and dirty
Bedrooms with old tv and no Netflix
Wi Fi in bedrooms are not good
Kitchen without cutlery nor plates (the kitchen has a fridge and a sink without a sponge and dishwasher)
The blackout curtains in bedrooms are not well installed, so at 5:30 we were awake every morning
The facilities in the hotel are poor, old gym and no kids area.
The drainage in the Shower doesn’t work properly, get flooded.
We wanted the refund and spend at least the last 3 night in a better place but the manager is not cooperating at all.
