I stayed at this Sheraton Khalidiya hotel for 2 nights and it was as always an amazing stay I was on the 16th floor (1603) which was a one bedroom suite and the views were simply breathtaking of the city as well as Abu Dhabi beach which was only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Great location for business and leisure travellers and loads of shopping options as well as restaurants The restaurant here was just amazing with a great choice of international cuisine I would like to thank Dayaram from the restaurant who was just spectacular and an amazing host. Was always very polite and welcoming and never said no to any requests. He is simply the best Joy also from the restaurant was very friendly and professional with great customer service skills and went above and beyond and ensured my food in the restaurant and also room service was at a high standard Kadeer from room service was very well mannered and professional and ensured my room service orders arrived on time every single time Mohammed from the Front Desk was great and provided excellent service and ensured he went out of his way to make my birthday as memorable and special as he possibly could Katarina the housekeeping manager was amazing and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay All in all a great hotel with excellent location and really nice product and service I hope to be back in the near future and wish you all the very best luck 💙…

my husband booked a room to surprised me last Feb.12,2022 for our anniversary and early balentines celebration.. when he booked.. he clearly requested for seaview and the reception agreed on that they gave us 1505 and on our surprise when we received the room.. the room has 2 double bed and that is okay but, what is not ok is yes it is a seaview but not as we expected with a big windows and all its seems like a window in a public toilet! we have called the reception and advised amis to come pass bubthe reception and tried to change the room but, the reception told us we are fully booked and all so what to do?? it was a disaster anniversary for us!! bec we booked in this hotel bec we are expecting to have a noce sea view while we are celebrating our anniversary but end up with a boring room!! we are unhappy with our stay...😡😡😡 and because of this ruin my husband surprise and ruin our supposed to be the best night and stay to celebrate our special day..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻…

I just spent one night expecting to have a very cozy hotel and to enjoy the facilities. Unfortunately theres none , lets start saying that the room was big i got a master suit nevertheless it was sooo old and smelled really rusty. second the food was just local none continental and the few i got was amazingly bad despite the efforts from the personnel to make me enjoy the evening. Third customer service was so inefficient that by the time i was requesting to check in although there was literally nobody at the front t]desk they took like 20 min on just start my registration. Finally this hotel has one of the best location spots however theres no amenities or facilities to enjoy it and also the entrance is divided in to different floors and nobody guides you.
