Hotel's Favourite
We visited the hotel, and stepped into SIDEKICKS restaurant. The menu was great, the location overseeing the theme park was amazing, but what was phenomenal was the staff and the service. The staff picked up that it was my wife's birthday, Without us expecting, we were surprised with a cake and a candle for my wife, as a gift. It was an amazing gesture, we are hooked.

Discrimination! Complaints are exclusive! WB guest relations manager service only depends on her preferred nationality or VIP's.. what a shame that colour matters in this Family Hotel! problem caused by the hotel staff, defensive management, instead of apology I was ridiculed! I would never stay on WB and Double tree. shame that these employees stained the hotel's good reputation. we don't matter anyway right!

Everything was perfect and we enjoyed this amazing place. The service is great and the staff are excellent especially from the recreation team at the pool side, Shots out to Mavin, Were, Mustafa the swim instructor, Majoring, Shakira, Musa and all the life guards.
