We were very happy with our stay of two families. Our kids were extremely welcome and loved every second of their stay there. From breakfast to ice pops around the pool area to Kids club to dinner - they were very welcome. The staff was super friendly and very well coordinated. I would like to specially mention our waiter Yash for his amazing help throughout our stay. Our housekeeping team Khisvi and Imam were amazing and our room was wonderful. The absolute highlight of our stay was Chef Abi and Chef Nana and the pizza making night for the kids. It was super special. Also, during my daughter's birthday they pulled out all the stops for her and she happily proclaimed "best birthday ever":-)

Matè is a new Argentinian restaurant with the park Hyatt. From the service to the ambiance & food is fantastic. Can’t compliment Pauline the Maître enough, so attentive kind and knowledgeable. The Hotel was nice what I loved is the balcony is awesome have fan and light with sofa 🛋 do you can enjoy the night. The washroom have everything from toothpaste and more Loved they had espresso machine and the beach as well, but in Jun 22 the beach had some grass? What I dislike there’s no good swimming pool maximum depth is 1.4m only !!! Great stay. The structure and atmosphere is simply beautiful, beachfront, rooms and all amenities available are aligned to a top 5 star hotel. Location is also very good, 10 mins drive from the Corniche. Good variety of food at the restaurants.

We were very warmly greeted by Kristina and Poonum on arrival. We really appreciated the upgrade to a suite for my parents to celebrate her special birthday. I was then met by Tanumay on arrival to discuss my daughter’s serious airborne nut allergies and also our vegan dietary requirements. It was so reassuring to know that the Executive chef understood our situation fully and tried his best to make sure his team was aware of our needs. It’s always a worry for us. At our first dinner and breakfast, Yash was super helpful in the Cafe restaurant. Along with Chef Abhi who really made efforts to cater for us specially. The rest of the days, we were really looked after by Komal, who is an absolute gem, where nothing was too much trouble. Chef Nana went out of his way to create some amazing plant based vegan delights from vegan pastas, Indian and Arabic delights. We really truly appreciated his care and consideration towards us and using his creativity to adapt his recipes to vegan versions. The variety of vegan barista milks available was really impressive too. The vegan cakes, Bircher muesli and deserts were also good. Plant based eating is certainly a growing area, so we look forward to seeing even more variety and creativity next time we visit. The four children got to make their own pizza yesterday which was a really lovely activity. They really enjoyed this and loved eating their own creations. The housekeeping was super and very efficient. The rooms were super clean and we were well looked after from them moment we arrived. We were grateful for the soya milk for tea/coffee in the rooms as well. The staff around the swimming pool were also great- they were so attentive to the children and kept giving them ice buckets and water to keep them cool and happy! The lollies were also a cooling treat (despite the peaking sugar levels!). Thank you for our wonderful first experience at Park Hyatt AD. We look forward to visiting again in the future. …
