We visited for a total of two nights and ended up extending our stay by an additional night - the suite was great, a few issues with the shower but the hotel staff fixed it immediately on notifying, the pools and the beach are beautiful, their wonderful breakfast-brunch lavish spread and I cannot not mention the most kind food and beverage team headed by the rockstar Mr. Bandula and their warm hospitality, Chef Mehra and his culinary skills which we experienced at Olea, the Sontaya team - Mr Bansal and Mr Panda, Yashoda, Dede in the breakfast room and Mr Waseem too! Miss Rajaa checked us in at the front desk and Mr Mostafa for his kind and thoughtful gesture on account of our anniversary! We may have visited so many Marriott properties but St Regis Sadiyat stands out for it's amazing team of staff who go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed and cater to everyone's needs, we were helped with Jain food in every mentionable cuisine - Asian, Italian, Indian and what not! We did have a small issue where due to certain reasons our requests hadn't been communicated earlier but once we spoke with Mr Bandula, he managed to take care of everything for us and made sure we were well looked after and Chef Mehra also helped us in every way possible, it was our pleasure to have stayed here, intend to visit them soon and enjoy their hospitality once again!
