One day before leave from UAE, I have lost my wallet in taxi and Miss Rimsha, Mr Gamal and other guy that I don't remember the name.. They helped to locate the taxi identification through the hotel's external camera video, where they called the taxi company and found the taxi driver's phone number. They managed to call the taxi driver and he returned my wallet (with all money and documents inside). I could never do it alone in the speed that I needed because my flight was the next day. I will not forget this help and I will return to this amazing hotel very comfortable. Thanks a lot!!

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel al Bustan. This is a beautiful hotel. It is clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Great gym and spa facilities. Pool ....... can be more sunbeds )) 4 are not enough. The restaurant staff was very friendly and consistently making sure about your comfort. Cleaning staff were very delightful and eager to help. Special thanks to my room cleaner Sanfu (11th floor) for his excellent service. I really surprised regarding to his work dedication. Also have a comment about one arabic lady at the front desk. She wasn't rude but she is absolutely useless. I had a request and asked her if it could be arranged. Unfortunately I didn't get any response from her - either positive or negative. She just ignored.
