Overall Great Experience Reception all staff Gr8 hospitality Hamdy & Kyla Greetings and feedback taken intermediately by Chandan. In room dining boys too very friendly . Housekeeping services could be improved ,I don't remember his name a philipino ,not very polite.I understand he has access key and need to do his job , doesn't mean he will breach customers privacy. When we were in the room he just used the key and opened , this is and came to clean. Food menu/ Breakfast could include more Indian choices. Overall Gr8 experience , warm & hospitable people, & picturesque location
My son and I have stayed here for 11 days, and have had a wonderful holiday. We stayed on the Fairmont Gold floor in two beautiful rooms looking out over the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque. Zineb, one of the very helpful reception team, kindly found us interconnecting rooms and an upgraded view. The hotel is in a beautiful position, and the pool area and beach are well kept. We had no problem finding loungers each day, and the pool was never over-crowded. Our rooms were large and well appointed, and I particularly appreciated the beautiful bathroom! The hotel uses LABO toiletries in the rose scent, and these feel like a real treat. Our housekeeper, Benyani, was very friendly and checked on us each day. Nothing was too much trouble, and we thank him and his colleagues on the housekeeping team. We stayed on a full board basis and ate each day in one of three restaurants. Our hands down favourite was Marcos Italian, where the food was wonderful and the whole staff team made us so welcome. The main buffet restaurant, CuiScene, offers a good range of food for breakfast and for evening meals. The third restaurant, Majaz, serves Lebanese food. Michael, one of the concierge team, went out of his way to help us organise trips and days out. He was so patient, and found us trips that absolutely suited our interests. The sunset visit to the Grand Mosque will stay in our memories for a very long time. …
I really enjoyed my stay with my family …. The reception and home service were great. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. I was on full board and i tried almost all of the restaurants in the hotel … all were great ( food and service) Kids club was fantastic as I could have some time with my wife and the kids had a great and safe time. Overall great experience
Fairmont bab albahar hotel - abu dhabi clean room…. Friendly staff Nice view ………. Good food and breakfast Average price…… They have good gym I would like to thank Mr.Saw he is very helpful …….. Thank you ……….
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi and what a pleasure it was! From the moment you arrive at the hotel its majestic lobby and thoroughly attentive staff immediately let you know you have arrived at a seriously prestigious hotel. We stayed in the presidential suite and to say that it was opulent, sublimely luxurious and tasteful just does not do this suite justice. The most generous display of fruit and chocolate truffles was also gifted to us and carefully laid out in the main lounge area, we were blown away by the generosity and presentation. In front our bed the main bedroom was a fabulous arced sofa that was huge and so so luxurious, all 6 of us comfortably fitted on it and watched some tv-which again is equipped for every language and ethnicity of guest. The bathrooms, the room comprised of both large private bathrooms with shower and bath, dual sinks etc., and there was also a wc. They were immaculately laid out and designed, equipped with beautiful branded toiletries. Both bedrooms had their own dressing rooms also which were a further nod to the extent of luxury that can be experienced at this fabulous hotel. We literally got lost in the beds which were dressed in the highest thread count cotton so as to be optimally luxurious and comfortable. The gym is housed just across from the hotel beside the car park and I can happily say it is possibly the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff were so welcoming and attentive and really motivational. The gym itself is sizeable and has every type of equipment you can imagine. They’ve navigated the pandemic very well with excellent ventilation, lots of sanitiser and masks and more than adequate spaces between machinery. It was also spotlessly clean and very well laid out. The pool area was beautifully appointed, it was the perfect balance of luxury and style with a really buzzing vibe. Surrounded by palm trees and overlooking a private beach, it was idyllic. The lifeguards were attentive and widely available and it was so spacious it was ideal for both families, couples or those wanting to quietly chill out. The buffet for breakfast was exquisite. There was something there for every ethnicity and dietary requirement whether you were looking for healthy smoothies with dried fruit and seeds or looking to indulge with the richest of smoked salmon and international cheeses. The stations were live and all staff were enthusiastic about taking care of their guests. It was a lovely atmosphere of buzzing activity. The kids were catered to especially well, with staff lavishing them with attention and treats from the extensive buffet. Whilst staying at Bab Al Bahr we ate at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse and Grill restaurant, it was a wonderful experience. We were very well looked after by the restaurant staff. Please see our review for this eatery which will be posted separately. There is a beautiful little artisanal bakery which sells the most decadent macrons and truffles on the ground floor, it’s a beautiful little addition to the hotel and an added luxury to this already fabulous hotel. Similarly the coffee shop inside the main entrance serves the loveliest drinks-we enjoyed a selection of coffees, a delicious chocolate milkshake-which wasn’t even on the menu but my child requested and a host of tasty smoothies also. The service was immaculate-prompt, friendly and super attentive. We sat there marvelling at the beautiful décor and soaking up the whole exquisite experience. If you are looking for a seriously luxurious and opulent stay, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is surely you’re best place to stay. Overlooking the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, you have the perfect balance of tasteful ostentation, culture and authenticity at your finger tips. Thank you so much to the management and staff at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, they are a true credit to both their hotel and Middle-Eastern hospitality. Cannot rate highly enough.…
The hotel has a unique outlook, the staff are very friendly and helpful, our check-in was a breeze. On the downside, maintenance is extremely poor. One of our queen beds had a broken foot which no body cared to fix, the bath tub was blocked repeatedly, the room safe was out of order and the worst part was the lack of water in the ladies changing rooms by the beach.
Absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont! Gorgeous view, lovely rooms, secluded and quiet beach and delicious food at their F&B outlets Their breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts in Abu Dhabi and their restaurant offer a great selection of meals for even the most demanding eaters
A beautiful modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Incredible views looking over Shiekh Zayed Mosque and the sea between the islands. We were looked after by Roy Gonzalez who made sure we were comfortable and room was always in top condition with plenty of tea, coffee and water etc. Would definitely come again.
Lovely hotel and great service from the staff! Breakfast was good with a variety of selection. Rooms are clean and spacious however could do with a little re-vamp. The whole check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Special thanks to Zahid!
