Its amazing journey and was my perfect decision to be in Yas island Rotana. After reading the reviews for the hotel I really wanted to be here but honestly whatever I read I found more than that. This is my favourite hotel in Yas Plaza. It is comfortable and well presented, with excellent facilities for short and long-stay guests. I regularly dine at Blue Grill and Choices which are excellent restaurants, and Y-Bar managed by Mr Jaya is my favourite go to for drinks or a light supper. Yas Island Rotana’s hallmark however is the friendly and very attentive staff across all departments of the hotel. Special thanks to Rene in housekeeping, Bayo on reception; Rossalyn, Albert, Lisa and Su at Y-Bar; Mackoy, Jovet and Keanu from Blue Grill; and Bremnet, Lukhi and Rubina from Choices.

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. The staff here are so accomodating, warm and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Everyday, when we go for breakfast buffet- the staff puts particular attention to our needs. To the point that if we dont get the same coffee order or sat in the same area, they come over to check in if all is well. Be careful not to get addicted with the bread section of the buffet too. The restaurant staff here are brilliant too, particularly the Y bar and Blue grill staff. Always have a smile on their face ( even when you are not a customer for the night) Our room attendant Monu was brilliant too in every way. He leaves us really cool elephant towels like the photo attached. Chats and makes sure were happy with their service so far. And Even when i forgot to hang the room cleaning sign, he politely knocks and ask if theres anything we need , e.g. top up for water bottles or coffee cause im personally addicted to coffee mate. The laundry service is fantastic too. And the concierge team, front desk and security boys are just as wonderful and always helpful. The gym facility here and pool is fantastic too. We dont have kids but noted that there is a kids area in case the parents wish to go for a massage in the hotel spa. Thanks yas rotana team! We loved our everyday stay here. What a way to welcome our new life at AD. We’ll hopefully come and visit for a meal or a stay again! Much love from two Kiwis, Adam & Olein Kelly…
