Al Waha Palace is not an elegant hotel, but I believe that it's location, staff and management make your stay very much pleasant. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. In terms of facilities the hotel provide clean and nice environment for some activities. Overall Quality/Price ratio is very high.

Good hotel to stay when the other ones are fully booked or over priced. Staff are very kind and attentive. My bed sheets were not changed in 4 nights. I had no hot water in the shower. This hotel has the potential to be better and have a survival chance against the other branded hotels around it.

It is very good hotel for stay with good ambiance. We have inquired here for the long term stay but it was littele bit expensive so not able to take decision to stay. Breakfast was good and rooms are spacious.

Great, clean, big rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. excellent prices!! Plenty of parking spaces around it. Nice lobby. Practical place to stay for work. Nearby many malls (short driving distance).

It’s having great location near from city center with nice and quite entrance The staff was lady and she was helpful and friendly The room very big with great price 300 SR per night including the breakfast The have also gym and swimming pool Nice to be here

It’s very basic hotel, not even standard of 3 star. Very old hotel. You can see pictures of my room. No proper restaurant, no proper break fast, looks very unhygienic. Highly over rated hotel, but no value for money.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days.. The rooms are very spacious, clean with all needed amenities.... The lobby is well arranged while the gym and pool was recently renovated with all equipments needed for a good workout. There is also a play room for kids with a ping pong table and Playstation 4.. Breakfast was good but could be improved to include greater slelction of food and fresher pastries. Overall, if your looking for a budget hotel with great services and room nothing beats this hotel
