I would not recommend you stay at this hotel not just because it is old the staff have no idea and really don't want you to stay there it is all to much trouble for them. If you go into the shower make sure you stand under it before tuning on then you will stay dry as the water goes everywhere except were it should if it works at all that's just the start!!
Hotel is a little outdated. Unable to order food from the menu at the cafe, it was buffet or nothing. 2 dishes I tried on the buffet that were supposed to be hot were cold. Staff were very nice. Overall, a good stay.
Beware when booking upgrades, or arriving late in the evening. I booked with booking.com, including breakfast and upgraded room, but the reception staff denied this, even though I showed the booking. Receptionist just dismissed my claim and told me to pay again at the restaurant if I wanted breakfast. It seems they leave one young reception worker on duty at night, with no interest in guests, or solving problems with bookings.
Pay more attention to securing a sufficient number of car parks to be close to the hotel Thank you hotel management Professional work, thank you Thank you to the room service staff I hope to have an upcoming visit as soon as possible, that will be my pleasure. Thank you to all management and staff. Comfortable atmosphere for the stay.
Total disaster. I am starting by saying I am frequent traveler Middle East and Africa. This hotel is not in international standing, by far the worst I seen in the region in 8 years. Not sure how they classify 5 stars. Nothing to save from this hotel. Hereby my comments: Rooms: old and dirty. Old carpet. Service: - not answering on calls from the room. - you need to go down to reception to ask an extra towel, and only a single towel avalable in the room. - they found the way to charge my credit card 1000 SAR instead of blocking the amount on check in. On check out shall I mention that they want to give me back the amount as cash before travelling back as it is not possible for them to transfer back the amount to the credit card. - if you ask anything to reception it’s like you bothering them. I made the mistake to ask about information on any convenient store open nearby, nobody except security gard to help. - room service : don’t call them to order food they are busy watching football game…
Hotel is overdue for refurbishment. Interior is worn. Things are dirty here and there. Otherwise it used to be a good hotel many years ago, but not any more. I don't think it meets the Radisson standards any more.
Radisson Blu Riyadh has a very clear sense of every detail that a guest can ask for during the stay. All amenities and services were outstanding and upto the mark maintaining all clean and quality standards.
Room was very clean and all the amenities were provided. Great value for money, would definitely consider for my next trip and also would recommend others. The reception guy (named Saud) was very helpful and made check in experience very smooth. Appreciate everything and thanks a lot.
We stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon in Riyadh. They gave us a room upgrade (thanks to booking.com), we had a Superior room instead of a Standard one. It is so spacious with seating area and an office desk. The Bathroom is with a hot tub and bidet. The room is so cozy and clean. We'll definitely go back!
We enjoyed our stay here with my family. They upgrade our room and we are very satisfied with the service. The breakfast is good but as asian maybe you can consider including rice next time so my husband wil be satisfied 😊 Thank you & hope to come back next time
