I had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights in one of the Al Failsaliha Suites. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a very well appointed large bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. Starting from the arrival with the car, I got greeted very warmly by the valet parking attendant which already created a great welcome! At the suite, the butler Mohammed met me and introduced the room to me, he was very friendly, smiley and had a great attitude! The amenities provided were amazing, fresh fruits, nuts and Arabic sweets, which was greatly appreciated! The next morning, I felt already like I stayed there for weeks, every person in the hotel greeted me with a big "hidden" smile and some of them even recognized me by name! Room service was fantastic, Omar the server has a fantastic personality and made even the in room meal an experience! Mamo the first night was great too, buzzing with people and the food amazing! The service was friendly and not over the top but super attentive! A big shout out to the whole valet team, they are great ambassadors for the hotel! Super attentive, recognized me by name on a daily basis! The Al Failsaliha is a great place to stay when in Riyadh!

The quality of the rooms in terms of cleanness and comfortable beds are on point. However, the doors of the balconies aren't designed to shut off completely from the outside noise as well as external smells such as cooking. Also, I think the concierge team must step up their game to the standards of MO.

As a regular business traveller and someone who makes around 20 hotel reservations/week in Saudi Arabia for business purposes we have experience of variety of hotels across the major cities of KSA. 1) Despite the being marketing as a very high end 5 Star hotel - the rooms are pretty average for the price and below expectation for a high end 5 star hotel despite being renovated recently in 2021. 2) Despite certain images of The Faisaliah Tower being used in the marketing this hotel is in fact a much smaller building located on the side of tower which resembles an average looking apartment building/residential block in a western country 3) The option for breakfast is only available if you book direct through their website and no breakfast option available on Booking.com or other major booking platforms. They are definitely missing a trick there. 4) Rooms start at apx SAR 2500 ($670)/ night (with no breakfast) which does not correlate to the quality of the rooms or the view. 5) For a fraction of the Faisaliah Hotel average nightly price you enjoy these nearby very High End Five Star Hotel with better luxury, service, better rooms, better views in many cases and service including breakfast at the following hotels: - Hyatt Regency Olaya (Five Star) - Four Seasons Riyadh ((Five Star) - Narcissus Hotel & Spa (Five Star) The above hotels are also great for business and leisure trips. Hope you found this review useful.

Very professional team. Exceeded my expecatations in every department from Valet, Butler, Concierge, F&B, Housekeeping and Reception. The best part was they anticipated in advance what I wanted and it was there. Shout out to Rami who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable and the entire Butler team for everything.
