We stayed in this so called three star hotel for last nine days of ramadan.Room is ok. Small batromm. No amenities. No service by the hotel staffs.it took nearly 15 minutes to reach haram sharif.Overall very poor service.

Pathetic and smelly washrooms, very small lifts and during Sehri time i had to wait for 10,15 minutes to enter into the lift. Surroundings are very noisy in the morning. Only the reception and lounge area on ground floor is good.

We have been there 5 nights.
The hotel was very dirty toilet everything is very dirty smelly.
It's not even 2 star hotel.
Hotel has no environment.
I think everyone avoid this hotel.
