We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Everything about it was great. Fantastic location in Jaffa. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is happy hour from 5 to 7 pm where they serve free hors d’oeuvres and wine. Because we had an early start one morning, to go on an excursion, they packed us a takeaway breakfast which was amazing and went well over and above what we expected. Room had a lovely bathroom with really nice complimentary toiletries. We had a balcony overlooking the sidestreet which was a little noisy during the day, as expected in a city location, but can’t fault the hotel at all.

We absolutely loved our time at the Market House, it was recommended to us by a family friend who described it as “the best hotel she had ever stayed in” and I have to say… I think I agree! Absolutely beautiful building, well thought out rooms with all the things you need (great toiletries, coffee machines, plenty of storage), and the most wonderful team, who look after you, provide you with everything you could want and always have a smile on their faces. The front of house staff are very warm and helpful and remember who you are as you pass through the hotel. The location is also almost perfect, right in the centre of Jaffa, the old town, and a close walking distance to some of the other most interesting districts. Get the breakfast - the Shakshuka is amazing!

We had the best experience staying at the Market House Hotel. The gorgeous boutique style hotel offered amazing friendly service, an outstanding 2 hour happy hour everyday with tasty middle eastern treats and cold beer and wine, and a delightful reception/lounge with high windows and architectural features to admire. The location was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were given towels, sunscreen and water as well. The rooms were cosy and the shower was brilliant.

The Market House is the perfect boutique hotel. It borders tel aviv/jaffa and is in the middle of the market. The minute you walk in you feel like you are among friends. from Avi, the manager, to Tanya, who assists with the amazing food, you know you are at home. Everyone on the Market House team is nicer than the next. The hotel gives a warm vibe, the rooms, have a warm vibe, the area has many restaurants, and the beach is only a few blocks away and they supplied beach bags, bottles of water, towels, sunscreen and you were on your way. We had some special needs while we were there, and they were so helpful. If they can accommodate you, they will and they do it with a smile. I love them all and cannot wait to return.

I loved my stay at the Market House Hotel. I felt like I was with friends who wanted to make sure that I had a good time. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff lovely and enough food and drink options to satisfy–halvah, babka, eggs, lox, fresh fruit, salads, coffee, espresso, tea. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. They helped me to navigate. They helped me get a bus pass, gave me dinner recommendations, and reminded me to book my cab the night before leaving.

The highlights of staying at the Market House Hotel in Jaffa were the sumptious breakfasts, exceptional staff members and location. Avi and his team created a wonderful family atmosphere while being utterly professional at the same time. We borrowed the bikes on several occassions, free of charge and were supplied with beach bags and bottles of water too. Happy hour was a lovely bonus. We popped into a couple of other Atlas hotels during our stay in Tel Aviv Jaffa and were impressed by the company and their very high standards. We will definitely choose to stay at an Atlas hotel again and particularly hope to return to the Market House.

The room was fine, especially sitting on the the balcony but the beauty of this hotel is its location in the middle of Jaffa, the wonderfully helpful and cheerfully staff- special mention to front office manager Avik, the excellent and healthy breakfast and the life saving happy hour, so appreciated after a day of touring.
