GOOD POINTS Absolutely adorable building in a superb location. Emek Rafaim is a fabulous street to be on with shops and restaurants and a laundromat near by. Also on great bus routes.\ A short walk to First Station which is a fab venue. Not a long walk to the old city. Parks nearby as well as the Windmill. the two female receptionists are helpful, kind, friendly and just lovely. They all did so much for us. Hot drinks and flavoured waters available 24/7 in reception and a lovely lounge/seating area to enjoy them in. Or the stunningly beautiful front courtyard. the breakfasts provided in Caffit and Ben Ami were fabulous. BAD POINTS We were there 6 days and there was not enough storage in the room, no drawers, not enough shelf space. The breakfasts were provided offsite so we missed them twice. Because the times are rigid unlike a hotel with a dining room we couldn’t always make the times the cafe’s. Our tour was 9pm, so was breakfast. We ended up eating a banana and a yogurt in our room from a shop. Not the same really. The room is cute and very comfortable but the colours and patterns made our eyes water. Friends asked what the decorator had taken!! Not very relaxing.…
Fantastic place. Location is one short block from Emek Refaim and all the little shops, cafes and coffee bars there. The hotel is quiet and clean and housekeeping and staff are friendly and very professional. And there's a fantastic shaded court yard that's perfect for a chat or coffee or even snacking on a treat from Emek Refaim. There's no restaurant and I opted to do breakfast on my own which worked out very well.
Wonderful staff, very helpful - stayed 5 nights. Quiet neighborhood full of wonderful side streets with secret gardens and great coffee shops and restaurants, walking distance from Jaffa Gate and public transport to all museums and universities. Good wifi too!
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good location And breakfast was very good indeed. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a fair walk to the old city but as we enjoy walking this wasn’t. Problem for us. Lots of local restaurants and a short walk from the first station - a lively, trendy evening venue for food, drink and music
We stayed at Villa Ba Moshava to be near our family who live in the area. This was a repeat visit to the hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful historic house that has been tastefully renovated. The terrace area is lovely. The staff are polite and helpful. There is 24/7 tea and coffee in the lounge which is great. Our bedroom was very comfortable but on the small side. When we booked we should have requested a room with bath, they were all taken when we checked in. A nice touch of luxury is bathrobes and slippers in the room. The hotel doesn't have a car park, but you can usually find parking nearby on blue and white. All in all, can recommend.
