Arrived on a business trip for one night. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic but satisfying. The price was cheaper than other nearby hotels, even those with no breakfast included.

We stayed for 2 nights while we visited The Old City and from reception until checkout, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is absolutely great, a short train ride from the Old City and far away from the traffic in central Jerusalem. We are so lucky the hotel was recommended to us by my sister (who had stayed before) and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Old City. Just need to overlook that it doesn't have the most modern feel but all facilities and the breakfast are good and location makes it a great hotel to stay in.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days as part of a Birthright trip. On the first day of my stay I left my earphones laying on the dresser next to the bed, when I came back a few hours later it was missing. Me and my two roommates took all our stuff out of our bags trying to find them, and moved the furniture (on the way we found a pair of dirty socks from previous guests under one of the beds). As there were no signs for the headphones I went down several times to the reception with the hope to get help. They mostly brushed me off saying I lost them (although I clearly remember where I left them) and that there staff don't steal, so it left me quite helpless. If you do still choose to come to this hotel don't leave small expensive items in your room, it's not worth the risk.
