The rooms are not large. Actually, I expected a larger and more spacious room. The bathroom is also very small. However, everything is very clean and comfortable. The concirge desk is top quality. Their breakfast is delicious, with the exception of the Shabbat morning which was a bit croweded and confusing… The location is really good and about 15 mins walking from the Old City The main issue with this hotel in my opinion was the bottle of water in the rooms. There weren’t any! Every day we had to call and ask for drinking water. In a warn and dry place such as Jerusalem, not great.

Top notch super safe and the breakfast buffet literally blew my mind. It is massive and had every possible menu item you can imagine. Ready-made omelets, chocolate crescents, salad with dressing, bagels with lox… anything you want. Rooms are a little small but no big deal you are in the holy land so you don’t spend much time in the room. Bell boys are strapped with 9mm pistols which I thought was mega-cool.

This was our second Passover stay at the Inbal, and once again they did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from the moment we arrived to the night we left. Breakfasts were plentiful with a great variety of foods to keep adults and kids happy. Seder and holiday meals were the same. Housekeeping was extremely attentive and satisfied all our requests quickly. We loved our room with a balcony and a view of the Old City. We would definitely return.
