Of many restaurants at which I've dined in Jerusalem, the dairy restaurant at the King David Hotel takes top spot. Brilliant in every respect, ambience, service, live jazz (on Thurs night), best Chardonnay to accompany grilled seabass. Brilliant
Exceptional service from concierge- fantastic food and location can’t be beat. The history and top level service make it one of the finest hotels in the Mid-East. We have been touring in Israel and have enjoyed the friendliness and gratitude from Israelis that we are visiting.
Ron gave us a fascinating tour of this magnificent, historic hotel. He gave us a good appreciation of its significance and attention to detail. We can’t wait to stay there again. The views, the decor, the staff are all top-flight.
Hi We were a group of a few friends that had hiked in Jerusalem for the day and entered King David Hotel to drink coffee. The staff was very friendly and invited us to join a tour at the hotel with the amazing guide Ron. Many stories about the hotel which are as the story of Israel. We finished the tour at the roof top and had enjoyed the overlook at the old city of Jerusalem. The tour was very interesting and free of money. You can do it too! Naama
This is, no doubts, the best hotel in the city. Luxurious, great rooms, great breakfast, not superb, but very good service. Stunning views over the Old City. Especially worth noting is the excursion around Old town and the vicinity, which the hotel provides to its guests for free on Fri and Sat. The guide, an archeologist by profession, was extremely knowledgeable and intelligent, he showed us places, that we would never discover on our own, although we thought we know Jerusalem inside out. Hу told us so much about the history of the city and the nation. I hope the hotel maintain this services, it makes the stay truly unique.
