Renovated rooms. Very friendly staff. Especially Anat Kazari at the reception. Excellent view. As we enjoyed the snow experience of that weekend. Ronit Sinai, Customer Manager is attentive helpful and efficient. Rooms a little small not as expected of 5 star. Close to Cinema City and shops. Nice Shabbat diner. Service in breakfast a little slow maybe lack of staff.
Excellent service, tasty food, perfect location, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Whether for business, couples, family, the Vert is the perfect hotel. Highly recommend you try it. This was the tall hotel for many years at the entrance to Jerusalem, now owned by Africa Israel. Recommend.
We arrived on a Friday for a single night B+B and enjoyed our stay very much. I remember this hotel from my childhood and even as dated as the hotel is and sometimes looks - it only contributes to the total feel of a very fine, modern and tightly run establishment. I strongly and sincerely recommend.
With all the craziness of travel changes and avoiding crowds at airports, we're thankful for the Jerusalem Crowne Plaza. We chose to stay in the hotel near the Israel Museum, Knesset and train station 3/8 to 3/10/20 in the midst of the city's coronavirus shut-down. Since there were few people in the hotel, the manager kindly gave us access to the hotel Club Suite the day we checked out. This allowed us to rest and work on the 21st Floor with a beautiful view of Jerusalem and have tasty food and beverages during the day. We remained until 5PM and took a cab 'down the hill' to take the new high speed train to Ben Gurion airport. We will long remember the lovely high-rise hotel how gracious the staff was to us. We were most thankful for choosing the Crowne Plaza in Jerusalem! [The hotel is easily accessible from the new inexpensive train from Tel Aviv / Ben Gurion airport, and also by light rail from other parts of Jerusalem.]…
