Stay away from this place!!! I will put aside at the moment the poor level of cleanliness, the fact that the place is right inside a construction site (and do not believe when they tell you that the work ends on Thursday at 16:00 for the rest of the weekend because it is a lie) and also put aside the hotel's embarrassing breakfast ... the highlight Of this thing he is the receptionist - a rude man, with a poor sense of service and clearly unprofessional. How bad? When told that the attitude of the staff under any criticism he replied: "Well I'm happy." Nightmare Hotel. They ruined our vacation. תתרחקו כמו מאש!!! אני אשים בצד כרגע את רמת הניקיון הירודה, את העובדה שהמקום ממש בתוך אתר בניה (ואל תאמינו כשיגידו לכם שהעבודות מסתיימות בחמישי בשעה 16:00 לכל שאר הסופ"ש כי זה שקר) וגם אשים בצד את הארוחת בוקר המביכה של המלון... השיא של הדבר הזה הוא מנהל הקבלה - איש גס רוח, בעל תודעת שירות גרועה וחסר מקצועיות בעליל. כמה גרוע? כשנאמר לו שהיחס של הצוות מתחת לכל ביקורת הוא ענה: "יופי אני שמח". מלון בלהות. חירב לנו את החופשה.…

The location is nice but there are a construction site just next to the rooms window. Terribly noisy since 7am and nobody told us about it before. I would come during the weekdays. Beside there is no parking around the hotel. The hotel offers to park at a nearby lot for 95 NIS for 24 hours

Nice hotel room, though a bit small. Great balcony that includes a jacuzzi open for the neighbors to enjoy the show. Decent lobby, relatively helpful staff. No Cafe or bar in the hotel and during the weekend the entire area around the venue is closed dye to religious restrictions.
