I have been leading groups to Israel for almost 20. I have never seen a hotel change so drastically so quickly. Food was cold and service was terrible. We had a great experience here in 2019 but I’ll never take a group back there again. Just awful.
We stayed here for 3 nights as a part of a tour group. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Israel. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with an elegant fragrance that introduces you to the rest of this amazing hotel! What is that fragrance? The rooms were clean, and well appointed. The hotel made our stay extra special as our daughter celebrated her 17th birthday there. They filled the room with balloons and left nice chocolates and a plate of fruits! Thank you! I appreciate the coffee station away from the TV hutch in it’s own location. Bathroom amenities were too notch as well! Excellent selection for breakfast and plenty of seating!
We came here on an Israel tour for 5 days. The hotel is modern to the point of being ugly. Halls are very dark, I thin it is a security danger. The food was not that good for dinner. Hotel is not walkable to the old city. There are better places.
Would have been perfect but for owners grandson who is rude and arrogant. Yonathan Ochana needs to understand the meaning of hospitality. To prevent a disabled person from gaining access at ground level is deplorable. What is worse the man thinks he is right.
This relatively new hotel, one-stop only by the light train from the Jerusalem Central railway station is a fine hotel for visitors who prefer smaller, boutique-type hotels over the fancy and considerably more expensive ones. Regrettably, during our visit, most probably due to the ongoing pandemic, only a few guests were there. The rooms are modern and well equipped, a bit small but still pretty convenient. The buffet breakfast is good and plentiful and the staff friendly, but needs more training, particularly the reception concerning information on transportation to and from the hotel to the city's main attractions. The great advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the main arteries of the city, having a light train and bus stops just in front of the hotel. Room rates during our visit were moderate. A tip, a pretty nice coffee shop, and a mini-market are very close to the hotel. Overall, highly recommended.…
