I will am not going to have a never-ending list of pluses and minus. The only thing I can say is that I had my concerns about this hotel. I was about the cancel it because every time I called the front desk, the staff would not pick it up or would put me on hold forever. Thankfully all my concerns vanished when I met Ofer. Ofer is the manager, a truly dedicated individual that wants to make a difference. He and the spectacular breakfast is what makes this place special. I was truly not able to eat anything till Dinner time. The amount of food and quality of the Breakfast is just beyond. Shalom

This is a trip I will never forget. Villa Brown Jerusalem was an amazing hotel. Their staff is the sweetest staff I have ever met. Salomon and another staff member (I don’t have his name) we’re both caring and made sure we were well taken care of. They went out of their way. Thank you so much. I will make sure I stay in Villa Brown the next trip to Israel.

I stayed at Villa Brown for 4 nights while in Israel for a wedding. The hotel location was ideal- perfectly situated in the center of town. The staff were all friendly and very helpful going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. And the morning breakfasts were delicious and quite pleasant sitting in the outdoor “garden”.

I chose this hotel because I know the Brown hotels in Tel Aviv and this did not disappoint - truly what a boutique hotel is - really cool design , good service and very nice breakfast. The location is great within walking distance of the market and other relevant areas. The bar is also nice if you don’t want to go too far to have a nice cocktail. Second time for me here and I will definitely come back.
