Amazing hotel with great location, superb service and tasty breakfast. I traveled with my children. Out room was very big, quit, clean. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent - eggs, salads, fresh vegetables, bread, cheese, flakes, tea or coffee, sweats. Location is amazing - public transport , cafes and restaurants are just few meters from the hotel. Old City is 20 minutes walk, The First Staition and parks are 15 minutes away and Mamila is 8 minutes. Hotel stuff and front desk are very friendly (Mohammad is super nice). I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
room is over an outdoor bar. Loud laughing, screaming til 4:30 am. They won’t change my room while at same time checking in new guests. They don’t care. They don’t apologize. Stay away. I wanted to call police but I’m in Gordon country sbd that’s not easy. Can’t check out as I have one more night and city is booked.
Good The location: 50 mt from one of the main streets and ~ 500 mt to the mall and the old city of Jerusalem. Breakfast: a good variety of cheese, bread, vegetables and also Hatem (the restaurant manager) service. Needs to be improved the room: carpet had so many stains; seems to be a bit tired bathroom: mold in the shower walls and the shower could not stand in the right place; you had to hold it all the time the restaurant: it was opened only for breakfast; I thought it could be used for dinner too the service: bar was not opened one of the days; no variety
Usually when I book a hotel, I look at the location of the hotel first in the city, and in this case, this hotel got an EXTREME great location right in the middle of EVERYTHING you want in Jerusalem. weather you want to go shopping, walk around and discover most of the city by walk and can take metro ( transportation by city train ), cafes and restaurants are just few meters from each other, and dont forget if you want to get a good coffee or bite to eat, just right down the hotel building there is the famous coffee shop aroma with everything you need. The hotel itself is amazing also from inside as it is located. I was happy with my check in, the front desk explained to me about the time of breakfast and so on. My room was super clean, the bed is comfy, the bath room is very clean as it's very important, you got towels and shower soap. Breakfast at the hotel is exactly what you need to start your great day, it got really has almost everything from eggs, cheese, juices, bread, sweets, coffee, tea and other options as well, I thought it would be basic, but the breakfast I can call it excellent. The hotel has a lobby seating area and also there is a coffee and bar area where you can drink and sit with a relaxing atmosphere. My check out was super friendly and I still remember his name who checked me out called: Mr Kawasmi Mohammad, super lovely person, friendly, gave me alot of information and advice what to do in the city, what's here and there, and overall a nice chat. I want to say special thank you to Mr . Kawasmi, because some of the other hotels you just check out ( by leaving the card and go ). But such a chat with a human before leaving makes a great welcome back. Overall, I like this hotel as I fly and book hotels often from all over the world, I will not recommend it unless I'm sure it's worth it. The location of it is great and amazing, warm, quiet and nice views from windows, comfy bed and super great breakfast, and right outside the hotel, everything you need just a walk a way, that's why for sure I do recommend and I will book again to stay for sure.…
Well located, modern imstallations & great maitre Hatem. Easy accesto the city center in Jaffa Street, the old town is also 10 minutes walk to the Jaffa gate or the new gate. Only minus point is that the hotel doesnt have a gym.
