A great hotel in a quiet location, right next to the German Colony. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy (Water and candy were provided as welcome gifts). Excellent breakfast (Even during these harsh times - Coronavirus). The staff were very helpful. Private free parking (During the busy summer travel season the parking lot may reach capacity quickly). Highly recommended!

I stayed two nights in Golden Crown Haifa and the stay was OK - noting special and nothing major to complain about. Room was quit basic, bed was good. I had a very good sleep. The only negative issue with the room was the shower. The water temperature was not stable and consistent. One moment the water was too hot and in few seconds it was too cold. The business lounge was very nice. Some small food and wine and other drinks are served during the evening. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Over all OK hotel.

Spent two nights in this hotel. Everything seemed quite right. Good quality and tasty dinner the first night and amazing breakfast the first morning. The second day, everything changed: we got a mediocre dinner and breakfast the second day, was still good, however; I am a coffee person and I ONLY need a nice coffee with milk to be happy. I was delighted to see the nice coffee machines and had a good cappuccino the first day. The second day the machines were covered, so I kindly asked for some hot milk to add to my plain American coffee. I was told they did not have a machine to heat the milk, and when I said maybe they could heat it up in the microwave or the stove, I was told it was not possible. The machines would be working again tomorrow. Ooops... sorry ma'am, you are leaving today. If you stay more than one night be prepared to bring your own water, courtesy water is only available on check in date. Mini bar empty, so you can't even get it from there. A pity, because the first impression was good. …

This Conveniently located hotel has nicely appointed rooms and satisfactory meal services. However the Wi-Fi was inconsistent from room to room and the shower mechanisms needed repair. The service of the front desk was always hospitable.
