We have just stayed in Carmel Pearl for 3 nights during our stay in Israel and it was just perfect. We didn’t have a great start to the holiday with my luggage getting lost on the flight. We arrived in Tel Aviv in the early hours of the morning so we arrived early wanting to park the car and drop luggage off, when we explained what happened to my luggage the girls really could not have been more helpful. I asked if there was any shops nearby that I could buy some clothes to tide me over. Of course we forgot we had arrived on Shabbat and everything was closed! The receptionist (I think her name was Leonora) brought another staff member (I regret not asking her name,) who was able to advise us as we had a car there would be an out of town center open, they were genuinely concerned I got help and gave us directions as well as giving us early access to our room to rest until the store opened. This could have been a disastrous start to our long awaited holiday but they were so kind and helpful I was immediately calmed and reassured. The hotel is housed in a beautiful boutique spa with only 2 bedrooms, we had initially chosen the room with a stand alone roll top bath but when we arrived we realised we would have access to the spas hot tub and sauna to relax in free of charge so swapped to the room with a walk in shower. The room was large clean and comfortable with a lovely bottle of Israeli wine to welcome us, robes and slippers provided. After 5pm the spa closes staff leave and you are left in a little bit of paradise on your own, we were lucky no one else was using the other room as well! It was total bliss so quiet and plenty of refreshments left for you to enjoy. The property is a short walk to bars and cafes and the Baha’i gardens very easily accessible to public transport and all main attractions. Breakfast was included but not served on the property which I initially was unsure about when booking but the cafe you get a voucher for is literally 5-10 mins slow walk away, its actually a good way to get you up and out to sight see otherwise you’d want to stay there all day! The breakfast.... wow well worth the walk, the cafe called Mandarin serves massive beautiful portions we didn’t have lunch the whole time we were there as lunch lasted us so long! Not a place I would recommend for children but for a blissful relaxing start to your holiday this is serious value for money. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to experience the spa treatments but I would have no doubt they would be amazing as well! Love love loved this place, we have travelled quiet a bit and this hotel had the most character I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much to the staff that helped me out and for giving us a great stay in Haifa!!!…
We stayed here for a night. This was a great little place to stay. It was quiet, clean and had a very nice little courtyard. It was also a spa in the day. The room was spaces and so was the bathroom. It was cozy and bed comfortable. The courtyard had several seating area. We also had use of the jacuzzi and sauna. There were tea, coffee and cookies available. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road. It was a wonderful breakfast. also a spa in the day. The room was spaces and so was the bathroom. It was cozy and bed comfortable. Breakfast was at a cafe down the road. It was a wonderful breakfast. Plenty more of food.
Although the place functions mainly as a spa to which they come for massages and treatments, rather than as a hotel, but the room I received would not shame any high-class hotel. Spacious space, comfortable bed, sitting area, picturesque bathroom in semi-transparent room, additional space with toilet and large sink. A spacious wardrobe, and amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a bottle of wine and cookies (an extra refreshment area on the outdoor terrace 24/7), and cable TV, in short - all you need. The hosts were courteous, and in the evening and night, after the staff left, you could freely use the facilities of the place - a wooden sauna cabin and a large Jacuzzi. Breakfast is served in Mandarin Cafe a few minutes' walk away. Breakfast is a standard coffee shop, but definitely tasty and satisfying. In short - a different experience than simply staying in a hotel that is routine, and highly recommended.…
We had a great time doing a couples massage, enjoying the jacuzzi and the small wooden sauna cabin with a glass of wine, all in all lovely experience. One can also spend the night there in a boutique room - we haven't but sure want to.
