I stayed at the Avicenna Hotel for 2 nights. I regret it. I awoke covered in bite marks and swollen. The place is riddled with bed bugs. I had to attend hospital for treatment as a consequence. Warning: Do not stay here.

Disgusting place, not worthy of being a 'hotel'. It is plagued by Bed Bugs! It should be condemned. It appears that the reviews are being submitted by hotel associates in order to boost the rating and make it look like it's a nice place. This could not be further than the truth. Do not book here. Do not waste your time and do not waste your money. 1 star for the location only.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! The conditions are truly awful. The filthy disgusting and absolutely abhorrent state of this hotel is beyond words. I stayed here with my partner for 1 night, having booked for 5. I can only describe it as the worst experience of our lives without doubt. The staff were extremely rude and the room and hotel was a disgrace. Utterly deplorable conditions. Also BED BUGS! I cannot believe that this hotel is on this website and others as being a place where anyone would want to stay. Not even worthy of 1 star in my opinion. We left after 1 night in this hell hole! We arrived at nearly midnight. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The bathroom was a disaster. Mould and cold water only. No heating in the room. Then we found BED BUGS!! Not just a few but a few hundred, that has infested the mattress. We immediately complained and moved out. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
