Great location. Delicious breakfast with great view. Fresh food and clean environment. Faruk and Shukru were amazing during breakfast with their hospitality. Thank you guys. You are so professional and warm.
Very comfortable hotel, large rooms and most with great views. The view as you walk into reception is quite breath-taking. Enjoyed both rood top areas. Only thing to point out is watch your mini bar, things tend to go missing but the reception staff didn't seem surprised.
The breakfast was delicious! Food was fresh and clean! Emir was our server! Excellent service, professional, very polite and welcoming! Highly recommend Sweissotel to stay at and Emir to go to for service!

I have just checked out from Swissotel and would like to thank the staff at the hotel who took care of my family and I. In particular I would like to express my gratitude to the members of staff that I was impressed by their outstanding level of service. After my shopping spree at the spice bazaar and coming back to the hotel, I realised that I had been overcharged/ cheated by one of the shops. I asked concierge about how to deal with the situation and luckily Alp offered to phone the shop and argued with them for so long until he managed to secure us a refund, not to mention his his superior Sarkan. Thank you Alp very much for your initiative and the time you spent over the phone. Also special thanks to the restaurant staff who served us at breakfast every morning especially Ozge, Kerem, Azima, Talaat. They alway went out of their way to help. Their level of hospitality is out of this world. I am missing their welcoming smiles already. All in all almost every member of staff at the hotel was so friendly and professional and I wish I could remember their names to mention them in this honest review. Beautiful clean hotel, everything was perfect as always. Everyone making an effort to keep you happy and help you. We really feel home at Swissotel The Bosphorus. Thanks to dear Gamze at the lobby lounge, she was always around with her beautiful smile. Thanks to Büşra at 16 ROOF that made us a beautiful evening with her great and friendly service. Thanks to Sarper (valet service) for always welcoming us with a smile and arranging all the limousines on time for us. At the end I want to say a special thanks to Mr. Suleyman KURUCAY for making us feel home as always, we cannot wait to come back to Swissotel The Bosphorus. Maryam
My check in experience and stay at my room were both pleasant. However, there were a series of events that made my overall stay experience poor. First of all, the housekeeping service threw away my dental retainers accidentally. I had to sleep without them for 2 weeks, and had to pay $525 to my dentist to replace them. Secondly, both the room service and the service in the lobby bar were poor. Room service charges the same amount for sea bass dish as the lobby bar, but sends only half the fish. You are essentially being punished for eating in your room. In the lobby bar, I asked the waiter how many shish comes with the chicken shish dish, and he answered 3. When the order arrived in the lobby, there was 1 shish. When I raised this issue with the waiter, he said he must have been wrong. But he didn't do anything to make it right. I had to order a second chicken shish dish as a result. He charged me with both and didn't even apologize for the incident. Thirdly, I went to the 16 rooftop 5 times during my week in Swissotel. I spent over 10,000 liras in the bar. Even then, each time I wanted to enter, the employees in front were unpleasant to speak to. Even though they know I have been there, and I am a guest in the hotel, they made an issue saying "we cannot let 2 gentlemen inside. We have a policy of having females with males." This wasn't the case other nights I came there. And then they said "but if you buy a stand, we can let you in." I had to buy a stand as a result since we planned to stay in the hotel that night. This was such a subpar experience. The best thing about the 16 rooftop bar was the beautiful music the dj played, and the lovely bartender Rohat who has been making amazing drinks. Overall, I spent over 60,000 liras to stay in Swissotel, but I wouldn't come back here to spend another dime after my experience. I also wouldn't let anyone from my company stay here moving forward. Imagine if I brought my business customers for multi million dollar deals, and we are treated like this in front of them. That would be a disaster. No thank you.…
Thanks to Emir bay for his service. He is very polite and helpful. We had a great time in the breakfast and we enjoyed it. We will come back again and hope to see him again. Also thanks to Swissotel for choosing the right staff.
Nice architecture, friendly polite staff, beautiful peaceful view. Hotel is great for family holiday, close to other parts of city. Reception staff are very polite and helpful with all needed information. Food amazing, rooms clean. 5 star!
Everything was excellent , extremely helpful and kind all people working in the hotel. The room was very big and with an an amazing view Service and products are excellent and quality also I recommend this hotel for vacation with family and friends
