I initially booked the hotel next door, Albatros, but they moved me here. Initially I was thinking this is strange but when I went to the hotel I was quite surprised.

It was nice and clean the room was super small but you can tell it has been renovated to a high standard. Looks like a 4 star easy and if the sizes were bigger and certain things were sorted (which I will explain) it could be a 5 star IMO.

The were some broken wall pieces and a hole in the wall behind the curtain and on the side of the bed. That is the only fault I can find. Otherwise excellent stay.

I literally stayed the night. Went in at 11.45pm and left the following day.

The gentleman in the morning (forgot the name sorry) wad really nice. Very accommodating and always smiling. I needed to extend the stay for a few hours and he was very accommodating. The check out is at 12pm but I paid a further 35 euros (which is still lot for a few hours tbh) and left at 4.30pm.

The breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs, fruits, small savouries. But over it was decent.

The grand bazaar is literally 6 or 7 minutes walk. Very close and is one straight road.

The blue mosque and other places of interest are within 5 minutes of walk so excellent location

Restaurants are in front of the hotel which is open until 12am so you can easily eat something even if arriving late. Good food too and roughly £15 for good starter, main and a soft drink.

Great staff and decent breakfast with a fantastic location.

The hotel is in a prime location for visiting all the major tourist attractions in the old town. The rooms are fairly small but well presented and very clean. The room was tidied each day and fresh water provided. The rooftop dining area for breakfast is superb with great views over the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia Mosque. There is a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items to choose from. The coffee shop within the hotel is also very pleasant, serving a good selection of coffees and cakes at a reasonable price. A special mention to the reception staff and cleaners who couldn't have been more attentive. We had a problem with the lock on one of our suitcases, but the guys on reception had it sorted within minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist (Gokan and Bahar went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and ensured as tourists we do not get ripped off by the locals shops/services. If you have an issue they are quick to attend. I stayed at the hotel for 11 nights and the tram is local and so is the Main Street corner shop. The hotel was clean and convenient. I have been visiting Istanbul for the past 4 years and I highly recommend this hotel for the price and location, it’s worth it. It’s fairly a new hotel so I was skeptical but you are definitely getting more than what you paid for.

It is a new-built hotel, finished with a high standards, located near main sightseeing, tram station, restaurants, touristic shops. The room is air-conditioned, very calm, clean. The breakfast had enough variety, everything fresh. The stuff was really hospitable and friendly. Special thanks to receptionist Gokhan for his advices about how to spend time in Istanbul and honest attention to the guests. The hotel became my home for 2 weeks. Thank you!!!

Rooms are very clean, all furniture and materials are new and high quality. Breakfast was on the terrace, the view and breakfast variety was extraordinary.. Personal is so relevant and they can speak English (by the way thanks to Mr.Osman). Location is perfect, you can walk to old town by so quick and the area is very quiet, you can walk wherever you want or you can take the tram. It’s very close the railway/train station. There is a lots of restaurant around of the hotel. WiFi speed is really good. I can choose this place for my next trips. Thanks for all.

We booked through Booking.com, as this is considered as a midrange hotel according to the rating, and we have paid around 600$ for 6 nights to stay in a good hotel.
The hotel is completely different than the pictures they advertise!
They are like a small BOX, no space to move, barely can fit one person!
We were given a room next to the reception on the ground floor, the smell was disgusting, exactly like a sewage, and veryyy noisy.
we requested to be moved to a different room, however they claimed that the hotel is fully booked.
we only stayed in the room for two hours, we couldn't stand staying there more than that and decided to leave the hotel!
We asked the management to return back our money for the next 5 nights instead of 6 nights as we stayed only 2 hours in the room!
Unfortunately they refused and we were charged for the whole stay, even though we did not STAY THERE AT ALL!!
Also we had to pay another 1000$ for a better hotel.

This hotel is in a fabulous location. The rooms are smaller (smaller than we anticipated) however the hotel itself is lovely and in an excellent location. Only 8 minutes walk away from 4 of the largest attractions in Istanbul - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern. The staff are beyond helpful from the Cleaning Team with Inga, to the Reception staff who were always helpful along with the catering team who provided a fabulous breakfast day after day. The Reception staff were very helpful and answered all of queries. Also suggested that if we miss any last ferry home to phone the hotel first for guidance etc. Good to know when its at city of 16 M people that the staff are willing to help and assist you. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

My partner and I stayed at No.12 on our last day in Istanbul. We were looking for an inexpensive option to just get a good night sleep before our early flights home. We were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great and perfect for us! Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a nice hot shower and helpful reception. When I checked out the reception staff was a kind gentleman and took m post cards to mail on Monday since the PTT was closed Saturday afternoon. In the chaos of running to the airport I lost the card with his name but I checked out on the 5th if that helps the hotel give him the praise he deserves!

Great modern hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Centrally located within 5 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, blue mosque and cistern. Surrounded by many restaurants and shops. However the rooms are much smaller that they appear and the air-con is turned off in the winter and the rooms are quite hot. Breakfast was also disappointing.
