Really enjoyed our stay at Nuru Ziya Suites. We were in a suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the street. We were high enough up to minimise any street noise from the quietish little street below.

This place is literally a stones throw from the ‘buzzing’ Istiklal Street and there is a lovely little coffee house near the top of the street where we started our day every morning.

The staff are very friendly, the room was nice and kept spotlessly clean. Water pressure in the shower and sinks is good. The finishings are getting a bit tired and broken here and there, the aircon was a bit weak but otherwise the room was perfectly serviceable and most importantly clean. I have paid a lot more money to stay in places where I’ve had to endure the smell of drains/sewage. I would say that the suite we stayed in was good value for money.

If you’re main focus is Istiklal and Galata areas then this is an ideal place to stay. We spent most of our time on the other side of the Galata Bridge, which made for a lot of tough hill climbing to get back to our suite but it is do-able if you are reasonably fit.

Overall, decent place and worth a stay.

We had a great time when we visited the Nuru Ziya suites. We had a suite room 101 , large room very comfortable bed and lots of storage. We loved the location just a walk up a steep cobbled street to the main shopping, bars and restaurants of Istiklal street. Breakfast was lovely and something for everyone to start the day.

Conveniently located near Istiqlal street, just a small walk to taksim area and close walk to Galata and Galata Port. We took a suite which is quite spacious and had a balcony. You really get the worth of what you pay. It is a steep walk up to and down, so family with little kids or strollers may face some challenges.
The reception team was just amazing and super friendly and would go out of their way to try to help in any possible means. You really feel belonging to a family with their support which is a really nice feeling. I would especially like to thank Ahmet for his Shown courtesy and great assistance, he was a super amazing friendly person. Also Mr Angal was delightful and super cooperative. They also arranged for a super nice airport transfer was a competitive price.

Room Tip: Steep walk up and down, however for for short proximity. There was a autopark close to it

Location is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable. Nevertheless and due to the very good reviews, we did not expect that the rooms are not deeply cleaned, surfaces etc. and the general quality of the infrastructure is very very bad, poor breakfast...

However, the worst part came when after 2 nights (and staying only 3), we arrive to the hotel on the evening and they told us that they had to change our room. We were ok with it, the point is that in advance they literally took "all" our stuff, put it in our luggage, close it and took it to another room. Moreover, they explained it was because of other guests having booked the room and having already arrived to the hotel. they highlighted they tried to reach us per phone that same day but we never responded. In any case, we had to let them know we had our passports and some money in the previous room's security box. They were extremely surprised and nervous, and when we went to the room to pick it up, we were able to see absolutely nobody had arrived to the room, as they ensured us being the reason for having packed and moved all our belongings without our consent.
Of course, they offered no apologies nor compensation for all this.

Very nice apart hotel in the central location. Istiklal street is 3 mins by walk. Got an executive suite and it was pretty nicely done. Perfect priced for the size of rooms.
The staff is very helpful and open to feedback. The receptionist took extra care to book a cheaper cab for us without any commission

We had such a lovely time. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned to a high standard every day. The location was perfect. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were also great. We could go to the gym each morning and then enjoy our lovely breakfast buffet before heading into the city to explore. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.

The aparthotel is located right off Istiklal street. It is very close to the main street which is great, however, at the same time, it is very noisy. The staff is very helpful. The room is very spacious (we stayed in the largest room); the bed is comfortable. The room was clean.

Pictures appear much better than reality. In reality, the room was quite outdated.
There were hardly any kitchen utensils. When we asked, they gave it to us, but it was strange that it was not in the room at the time of check-in. We did not have a frying pan, forks, normal size plates, cups.
It is super noisy in the evenings and at night. I understand it has nothing to do with the hotel, there is a bar around the corner, but it is super noisy.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The place is exactly as advertised. You get what you pay for. The room may not be opulent but is comfortable. The facility of a kitchenette is really helpful. Coming to the location, it just can’t get any better. Everything is a short walk or an even shorter Uber ride away. However the best part are Erhan and Ahmet who man the front desk. They are extremely helpful with suggestions and always ready to help. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful yet modern hotel neatly tucked behind Istikal street. We have booked two rooms for a family of 5.

The hotel is equipped with all modern facilities and is close to Istikal street. There are plenty of options for food nearby and countless shops. Taksim square is also on walking distance. Also the hotel seems to be newly and tastefully renovated so everything was clean and new.

The hotel was centrally located very clean and met our expectations, the staff are very welcoming and assist promptly. Anil was exceptional and made our stay comfortable. Good value for money and good breakfast options though the same spread throughout our 4 day stay. The only bummer was the hill when walking towards the istiklal street which may prove difficult for elderly, however there is another route that is more flat terrain and makes it easier to walk around, would definitely recommend the hotel.

Hello from Nuruziya Suites, Our executive rooms are rather comfortable. We have one queen size of bed for two guests, one sofa bed for another two guests. Deluxe dublex rooms with stairs are different category. They are more comfortable, much bigger. 5-6 guests can stay comfortable. If you are interest in staying our hotel, please contact us via mail or phone number Best regards, CihanH.

Hi! It´s very hilly in the whole area. Going to and from the metro is only steep uphill or downhill. The pavements are far from ideal for wheelchairs. Stay closer to the water where it´s flatter and pavements are in much better condition.
