Harun and his staff are incredible! We have been all over the world and have not experienced such amazing hospitality. They truly made us feel as if we were at our second home. The views every morning from the terrace are spectacular! the Breakfast is amazing and so much to choose from. The location is walking distance to all major sites - Hagia Sofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapki, Sultanahmet Square, Spice Bazaar, and Grand Bazaar, but the staff will give you insider secret places to shop for better prices outside of the touristy bazaars. Harun and the staff went out of their way to make my Wife's birthday very memorable with complimentary room decorations, cake, welcome drinks, Turkish delight... Just amazing 7 star experience we didn't even have in DUBAI paying a lot more $$$. You can't go wrong with this hotel ! We made friends with all of the staff. This hotel is a haven of greenery nestled in the hollow of the Sultanahmet district, in absolute calm: a real paradise. The configuration of the hotel is truly exceptional: The rooms are good size and perfectly kept clean and functional. Finally, the staff and the service are incredible: kindness, availability, smile and professionalism are there. I can say in all sincerity that I have never been so well received in a hotel. It’s my first time in Istanbul and definitely not the last, especially because of this amazing, welcoming and extremely cozy hotel in the heart of old part of this spectacular city. You immediately feel like at home, with the best service, kindness and hospitality you can imagine. It has a very fine touch, super clean and well furnished rooms, tasty breakfast on the rooftop with a view to Hagia Sophia. All spectacular monuments are in walking distance and it would be a shame to forget the kindness of the owner Mr. Harun!! Every high level hotel should have someone like him! The first thing I have to say about the White House Hotel is the staff is very friendly and truly try their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. From the manager to check-in staff, cleaning crew and everyone who works here make you feel welcomed and appreciative of your business. I had the great pleasure of receiving an upgrade due to my status with hotels.com. A room was t available right away, but true to their word as soon as one became available they notified me. This worked out great for me and my lady to have extra room. The location is perfect is you care about seeing the major sights like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Turkish baths, Bazaars, hop on hop off bus and plenty more. There is a corner store to get waters, tons of restaurants near by and overall great experience. I feel comfortable saying if you like what you see in the pictures, you won’t be disappointed with anything else. Another cool bonus is their rooftop terrace has an awesome view of the Hagia Sophia and a bit of the water. Thanks again to the staff for their positive energy during my first trip to Istanbul.…

Very accommodating staff- it would be impractical to list all the great things about the staff here. They literally went out of their way to be helpful. Completely different experience to stay here verses a hotel chain. This will always be my first choice next time I’m in Istanbul! Rooftop dining area was great for breakfast. Breakfast has nice variety of different foods, and a wonderful espresso/capuchino machine! Rooms and grounds spotless. The hotel location is an easy walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Togkapi Palace.

It needs a box of tissue and a bin for the room itself. What I do not like about the hotel is the water in the bathroom becomes very hot every night. Though the room has good air conditioner and comfortable bed. The employees are very nice and respectful.
