I had a very special vacation planned for my wedding in Istanbul and I was so happy to choose the Elite World Grand Istanbul Kucukyali. The hotel is absolutely 5-star and well located (nearby walking distance is a great mall call Hilltown). The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. I also want to mention that I organized a private event (cocktails) at this hotel for 50 people and everything was perfect. Special thanks to Heval, Ali Bey (event team) and Hakan (reservation team). These three individuals were especially kind and helpful during our planning and I truly appreciate all their help. I highly recommend this hotel (especially the upgraded suite rooms were A+) and I would definitely go back again. My first time staying in the Asian side of Istanbul. This hotel was recommended by the medical staff of the clinic that my wife had some dental work done . What a surprise , the hotel is relatively new , it’s Grand , clean , beautiful views , great Food at the buffet breakfast , friendliest staff all over from reception to room cleaning to food service . I only heard yes yes and yes to all of our requests . I want to give a special thanks to one special lady Eylul at guest services , she made our two weeks stay very memorable . She was always available for us finding places to go and services like shopping and restaurants. Checking in on my sone when he was sleeping in the room and not answering his phone . The spa was beautiful and pretty much everything was there . Indoor pool and sauna and Turkish Bath , massages . We stayed two weeks . Try to get an upper floor end of the hall room , it’s a little bit more money but rooms are much bigger and have windows on two sides . I would highly recommend this hotel , if you are staying on the Asian side of Istanbul. The Traffic in Istanbul is unbearable, so depending on what reason you are visiting, choose one side or the other, going back from one side to the other side is a two hour ordeal during the normal day . Concierge: When we arrived the concierge service were absent but our airport transfer driver had to help us and looked for the assistant. Later the assistant helped us all the way to the room ☑️
Reception : A warm welcome provided and Hasan was very helpful, friendly and made us feel valued and kindly accepted my request and offered me a sea 🌊 view room for our long stay. ☑️
Room: It was very good size, amenities was fab, king size bed and other facilities was TipTop. Linen and comfort of the mattress was terrible. Too firm matters and polyester mix linen, never had a good night sleep 😏😴
Spa: Used it for Turkish Hammam and full spa service . Reception at the Spa I would rate a big Zero ‘0’. Masseur Wayan was wonderful I would rate her 10/10. Spa reception doesn’t speak good English and they are rude and make your Spa experience rather stressful than relaxing ❌
Management needs to work on that area.
Swimming 🏊♂️ Pool:
You need to pay 70 Turkish Lira for head cover to access the swimming pool and they will tell you that just before you enter the pool, be ready to pay there and then.
Swimming pool temperature was nearly zero! Super cold water . I had to use the Sauna and steam room to heat up the body before I could go in the swimming pool ❌
Breakfast 🍳:
Very nice and specious Elite Restaurant. Food choices was great, very helpful staff, cleanings and atmosphere was excellent ☑️
The Grill:
Restaurant at 15th level was good, value for money . Could’ve improved with foods choices & service ☑️
Room Service & cleaning :
Very good ☑️
Overall:
It was a good experience minus the Spa and bed comfort it was good. (Bed & Spa caused minus ⭐️⭐️)

The hotel took advantage of us as a group as our flight was delayed and the airport in sabiha said that they will offer us a room for 375 TL. including breakfast. Once we reached the hotel, the front office employee was very rude kept arguing the price at 1 am in the Morning. The. He offered the room without breakfast Although nothing beside us so people can buy from it and the plane is not before 4 pm. The room given to us the floor was wet. Terrible terrible do not stay

Stayed with my family four nights in this hotel. It is overrated, not at the level of 5 star hotels from Turkey, breakfast was medium one, at the level of a 3 star hotel. Rooms are outdated with windows that are not closing properly, cleaning part is also ignored ( see the pictures). Some of the good parts are the welcoming staff, except one of the ladies from reception, I received a package in one of the days, asked her about it and just said that did not arrive without checking, later on I asked to have a look and it was delivered…

The hotel lobby looks impressive with all its marble and open space and I can only assume that is what they have based the 5* rating on.
The restaurant is like a comedy show, only we were not laughing. The staff seem to have no basic hospitality training. On complaining to the restaurant manager about the appalling service, he said “ok” there was no apology and he handed us the bill to settle .
Brought this to the attention of reception and was contacted by guest services who offered us a free dinner in The Grill and said she’d make the arrangements. Turned up for our dinner , they had no reservation for us and then handed us the bill! That’s just adding insult to injury .
Asked reception to have HK service our room whilst we were out and add two extra pillows . Returned 3 hours later to find the room had not been serviced but we now had a child’s bed put in the room.
Our room was serviced daily and every day there was something else that was not the same as the first day . For example there were some wine glasses for water which were not replaced after the first day so we drank water from the mugs. Day 1 and 2 we had shower caps , then no more . We noticed some guests had bathrobes but they were none in our room ( this should be standard in a 5* Spa hotel). 4 hangers in a room for 2 people for a 5 night stay ? Left a room service tray outside the room one afternoon and it was still there when we went for breakfast the next day .
Due to a late flight we requested a later check out, you’d think after the catalogue of errors they would use it as an opportunity to go some way towards putting things right. Oh no! We were charged 10euros per extra hour .
Food is below average and the menus are very limiting. The main restaurant feels like a staff canteen ( could well be with staff all huddled up together chatting instead of looking after guests).
Staff in the Spa were nice and the lady in the hair salon was lovely ( though the strong smell of smoke on her was off putting when you are in close proximity). There was a lovely lady from Bali who carried out a wonderful massage.
There was this general feeling, not just at this hotel but all over Istanbul, that all they care about is getting your money . There was no real “hospitality”.
Won’t recommend to anyone and won’t stay here again.

Very good hospitality! The chef and staff are attentive and helpful. Breakfast is rich and very delicious. The chef Mustafa asks around for ur needs and Mehmet is always there taking care of the table. Definetly a place to stay.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. We are from Singapore and we were on a vacation in Turkey. The suite was spacious, clean and modern. We really love the facilities in the hotel and the warm, friendly staff. Mert, whom we met during the buffet breakfast, is very helpful and showed excellent service. He was very attentive to our needs and made our breakfast so memorable. Mert is outstanding, professional and truly displayed what a 5 star service entails. The bellboy who helped carry our luggages is also one of the best staff we have ever met. He is so polite, hospitable and kindly informed us of all the details we needed to know about the hotel. We felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Istanbul. Highly recommended.

Traveled to Istanbul on a building trip, hotel is beautiful staff are helpful and attentertive.. Room was adequate for our needs, loby restaurant had good variety of foods for breakfast and lunch all nice and fresh...
Only down fall was the restaurant on floor 15, we had visited this restaurant most evenings and found the food and staff very good..
However on our last night we ordered 2 soup starters then a salmon dish and a pasta dish all delicious.. I asked for a double vodka and tonic no percific vodka was discussed just presumed I would be served regular vodka..My partner had a bottle of house wine nothing fancy.. We asked for the bill which came to £170 which was way over priced as the food only came in at £28. Having looked over the bill they had served me Grey Goose which I didn't particularly ask for..
£88.00 for 2 doubles WHAT I argued my case and the bill was changed to incorporate the cheaper end of the vodka change.. We do belive this was done on purpose good job we didn't activate our charge card to the room..
Tip pay for food drinks ect as you go along or you may incorporate a heafty bill.....

The hotel is located in the Asian side of Istanbul. We were glad to have chosen this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. The hotel is a 30 min drive to the touristic places that one would visit in the European side. But inspite of the distance, I recommend to stay here as it works out more cost effective, the facilities are luxurious and the staff are very friendly. The rooms have a great view of the sea, however the bed and pillows are not very comforting. The breakfast spread is good and doesnt get boring even if you stay for a few days. The spa facilities, pool are extremely clean and relaxing. The adventure shower, ice fountain are innovative experiences - do try these! Special mention for Mr Enis and Ms Ece at the Front desk reception who helped us with everything and accomodated our requests. Ipek was very friendly and guided us well to move around the city. Gurkan, Furkan, Ersin and Melih were very helpful and prompt with their services. Strongly recommend you to stay here and experience their hospitality.

Hi Hope u r Ok, Really nice choice ,you have to use Metro from YaniKapi station to marmaray line, follow red line to Ayrilik Cesmesi, i think after 4 stop and change to Bostanci station,ask any one how to reach Bostanci metro its not faraway just few steps,the hotel not faraway ,nice people just ask and you get a answer ...nice trip
