Stayed here for my seven days’ isolation. My room is on a segregated floor in the hotel - quite the VIP experience with my own lift and escorted straight to my room upon arrival. The room was huge, basically a small suite with a living room and space to move around. The meals were lovely - I would recommend the Asian option for lunch and dinner, and the Western option for breakfast (you may need to specify this as they may make assumptions based on your passport). Staff and the duty manager were friendly and helpful. They even sent up a surprise birthday cake! Great value for money. I would definitely come here again for future isolation/quarantine stays.

I had been here for 2 nights during my business trip to Brunei. Brunei is not a touristy place; so, not many options of accommodation. The Cetrepoint is a reasonable place for stay. The location of the hotel is very good. There are options for eating and shopping around the hotel. The famous night market is just around 5-10 min walking distance. You can find some taxis waiting around the hotel, if not, the hotel staff will arrange it for you. The hotel staff are friendly and warm. The breakfast buffet is also good. This hotel is expensive when compared to the amenities. In general, Brunei is an expensive place and not a tourist destination. This is only reason why I rate it Average.

My room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Breakfast spread was huge with lots of choice. Smallish swimming pool upstairs next to the breakfast area. Conveniently located near the airport. I would stay again.

Room: Spacious and clean. Hotel not so new. However still clean and well maintain. Basic amenities. Location: Right next to The Mall Brunei. Walking distance to Gadong Night Market Breakfast spread is decent but lots of varieties. Their Nasi Katok is very nice. Definitely will stay again.
