Stayed here few times in January & February 2021 for short refreshment and transit. Hotel location is quite closed to the airport and has shopping mall, shops and restaurant below. Rooms are tidy and clean but the water from the tap sometimes are not clean/ clear. Parking are available for hotel visitors but sometimes it is unattended by the crew to clear/ relocate the cone/ barricade at the car park. Preferred white light compared to the current yellow dim light, as I need to have bright condition to do my task in the room.

I have been traveling around the world for 40 years and I have stayed at all levels of hotels and NOT ONCE was I ever told, when asking for an additional bath towel, there would be an extra charge. Are you KIDDING ME??? They only provide you with two bath towels. No hand or face towels provided at all. In this hot and humid climate you take multiple showers a day and the towels do not dry, and with multiple people in a room 2 bath towels just does not cut it. The hotel is very worn and dated. The carpets in the halls are disgusting. Paint missing in the rooms which also have a bit of a moisture smell. At night good luck seeing in the dark. The room's lighting is not strong at all, even if all the bulbs were working (two were out in my room). We take out the ironing board to find that is broken so, on the floor to iron. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Good location with shopping mall connected on same building. Close to the Brunei International Airport. Unrespectful restaurant staff needs further management attention and training. The staff does not attempt to move around and clear all used plates or utensil, and customers has to stack up the plates to make room to eat. The tables are cleared only when customer leave. Staff can be heard laughing and joking loudly with due respect to customer presence. Hotel rooms are neat and tidy. Rooms booked are twin/double bed rooms good for two (02) persona. However the provision for tooth brush and tooth paste is good for only one (01) person.

Pros: It is near to airport, probably less than 15 mins ride. The hotel has a small mall below but don’t expect too much. Wifi is available in the room and lounge area. Cons: Air-con in the room is noisy. The room has a sewage-like smell. The TV has no satellite channels so not much international options.
