    Very good experience
    We choosed this hotel based on other visitors opinions and we suscribe all the good comments. They received us with welcoming drinks and fruit and refreshing towels, allowed us to check-in before time, helped with the bus ticket and gave us advice about the sighseeing points, have a variated breakfast options and stored the luggage on our last day, after check-out. All their staff speak good english, some better that others but they make up for it in enthusiasm. Excellent service for such a economic option…

    The hotel is so so and good food
    I have been here for couple day in July. 3019. Staff was friendly and helpful. They always support you if you need any suggession in Hue. The hotel not too far from center and you can walk in 10minutes. It's quite hot at the moment and you should try some kind of food are very yummy like: Bun Bo, Banh Bot Loc... I will come back Hue on next time …

    Everything is possible at Jade
    We booked two nights at Jade and we really liked it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The first day we rent a motorbike but on the way back we had a flat tire. We called the hotel and they tried to help us in any way. Eventually, they suggest to let it fix it by a mechanic near to where we were rather than pick us up, as it would have been too expensive for us, which was a very good idea! We decided to go from Hue to Da Nang by motorbike, and the staff showed us the best route to follow and different sightseeing points along the way. For a very reasonable price, they delivered our luggages to our hotel in Da Nang and also drove back our motorbike to Hue. If you like travelling by motorbike, we really recommend this service! The room is simple and clean, perfect for out short stay. It is a bit humid but the AC has a dehumidifying mode that works very well. We really enjoyed staying at Jade Hotel.…

    We enjoyed the stay, clean room, welcome snack at checki’ inn, and most of all very friendly receptionist named Tina. We were helped with a boattrip to Pagodi and Citadel, against a very frienly rate. The morning breakfast was very good, on menu lots of choices; fruits, pancakes and all kinds of eggs. If you need your laundry done? For 2 usd per kilogram, your laundry is done overnight. When i visit Hue again, i won’t hessitate bookin Jade Hotel again! By the way- location is central, 15 min walk to citadel and 10 min walk to touristic area.…

    The nicest staff and great location
    The staff was fantastic. They helped us with all our requests and found us the best room. The breakfast is great and location very convenient. If we come back to Hue we will definitely go to the Jade Hotel.

    Will the hotel store your luggage if arriving early?
    Hello, Thank you for your question. For sure, we'll store your luggages if the room isn't ready for you at the time you arrived here. Check in time is after 12:00, however, you can definitely take the room if we have some available at the moment. So don't worry about that! Thank you

    How many floors does your hotel have? You do not have an elevator - correct?
    We have 5 floors. We also don't have elevator. But we can carry your luggage to the room

    Si, seguro, hay un monton de buses que siguen esa ruta hacia hanoi y hacen paradas, y seguro excursones organizadas. Desde Hue en cualquier agencia te lo arreglan sin problema. Es mejor que lo hagas alli sobre la marcha
