Once you arrive, you will find that reception is abandoned quite awhile ago, the hall is dusty, furniture is upside down, street-dog roams inside. The paper at the reception door states their phone number and that their office moved to Atlantis Condo (10 minutes walk away from there) - you don't want to search for it, and it is quite possible that you won't find anyone there (as we haven't found). The first time we called, none picked up - that's when we went to search for them in Atlantis Condo. Later on we tried to call once again, they picked-up and said that we can still stay there, but we need to pay extra 300 baht for cleaning (we booked two rooms for the price stated in agoda). We rejected as we already left that area and were not willing to stay in abandoned building, waiting for them to come, clean it and then paying them for it. I've read reviews before I booked, I hoped that it just happened to one person only. Now it's September 2020. Don't make a mistake

Nobody is there when you arrive. There's a phone number up that you can call, and when you reach the other side the response is challenging due to language, and slow. Rooms are not clean upon entering, and they are not regularly cleaned. Trash piles up outside. Free coffee and tea as stated on agoda, is a lie. When calling, I was reminded of how little I pay for my deal and that I cannot expect the things I want. Eventually the room was cleaned upon request, after a few days.

I just book from agoda and not see the room was not include the cleaning service so I paid for cleaning service THB 300 (thats fine) when they give me the room 301 and I go to the room with stair (no elevator) and got someone (other guest) still in that room!! No apologize or something the reception not believe that and she check in computer and give me another key but I refuse it and go somewhere to look other hotel. Becareful, you better go to other hotel. This hotel was terrible, no elevator, far away from beach, bad service reception and no parking. Dont waste your money with the bad hotel like this !

After a one year long distant relationship, my boyfriend and I decided to re-unite in Thailand. I am from Japan and my boyfriend is from India. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last January. We took a local bus from Bankok to Pattaya, and took a tuk tuk from the station. After we arrived from the hotel from the Van. We realized that we left one of our belongings in the tuk tuk and it was a bag full of souvenirs I brought for him from Japan. The owner immediately took my boyfriend in the back of his bike and drove him to the bus station and luckily we got to trace my belongings. This owner really cares about his guests and you will feel like this place is your home while you are staying. The room is spacious and artistic and I think the cost performance overall is absolutely amazing. This incident is still very memorable of our Thailand trip and he made it very special. One thing you have to consider is that there is no elevators so you have to be fit to go up with staircases but I am pretty sure the staff will help you with the luggages.
